含鋅、鈷、鎳、鎂之配位聚合物的水熱合成、結構解析與性質研究

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structures and Properties of Zinc, Cobalt, Nickel and Magnesium Coordination Polymers

摘要


中文摘要 在本論文中,我們成功以中溫水熱法合成出七個配位聚合物,它們的分子式各自分別為[Co2(mBDC)(bpp)] (1)、[Zn2(mBDC)(bpp)] (2)、[Co(mBDC)(bpp)] (3)、[Ni(H2O)(BDC)(bpp)] (4)、[Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)4]•2H2O (5) 、[Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)6] (6)和[Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)8] (7)。其中的有機配位基如bpp是4’4-三甲基雙吡啶、BDC是1,4-雙羧酸苯陰離子、mBDC是1,3-雙羧酸苯陰離子、BTEC是1,2,4,5-四羧酸苯陰離子。單晶X光繞射分析皆用在本論文的化合中以鑑定單晶結構。單晶X光繞射分析顯示化合物1和2都是三維α-Po骨架結構,以二層交錯的形式來穩定化合物的骨架結構,兩者是屬於等結構的化合物。化合物3是一維無限延伸的雙鏈結構,其bpp的吡啶環和mbdc的苯環之間有π-π作用力以維繫住其結構。化合物4是一維無限延伸的梯子結構,而這一維的梯子窗口和另外兩個一維的梯子窗口,會互相內鎖形成三維有機金屬骨架。化合物5是具有多孔的三維有機金屬骨架。化合物6是二維層狀結構,層與層之間存在氫鍵穩定化合物結構。化合物7是一維無限延伸的鏈狀結構,相鄰的一維鏈狀結構存在氫鍵。將化合物5的單晶以150℃加熱,可得到化合物[Mg8(BTEC)4(H2O)6]•2H2O (5a),是具有多孔的三維有機金屬骨架。以上的化合物除了以單晶X光繞射儀來鑑定其單晶結構外,還利用其它的分析工具如粉末X光繞射分析、元素分析、熱重分析、磁性測量、紅外光共振光譜、紫外-可見光吸收光譜和光激放光光譜來研究所有化合物特性。

Abstract Seven new coordination polymers, [Zn2(mBDC)2(bpp)] (1), [Co2(mBDC)2(bpp)] (2), [Co(mBDC)(bpp)] (3), [Ni(H2O)(BDC)(bpp)] (4) [Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)4]•2H2O (5), [Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)6] (6) and [Mg2(BTEC)(H2O)8] (7) (bpp = 4,4’-trimethylene dipyridine; BDC = 1,4-benzene dicarboxylate anion; mBDC = 1,3-benzene dicarboxylate anion; BTEC = 1,2,4,5-Benzenetetracarboxylic acid), have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized. Single crystal X-ray diffraction showed that both compounds 1 and 2 are twofold interpenetrated three-dimensional structure. The structure of compound 3 is a new infinite double chains. The structure of compound 4 consists of a inclined interpenetration of 1D nets to generate an overall entanglement of 3D structure. The structure of compound 5 consists of a 3D metal-organic frameworks, The structure of compound 6 has 2D layer sheets, and 7 shows 1D chains. Compound 5a, [Mg8(BTEC)4(H2O)6]•2H2O is a 3D metal-organic frameworks and could be prepared by further transformation of compound 5, activated at a temperature of 150oC. The novel complexes were also characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, magnetic susceptibility, IR spectroscopy, UV-VIS spectra and photoluminescence.
