摘要


本文提出一個使用電流轉移函數來實現可調式接地導納與浮接導納的模擬器。此電路是由幾個第二代電流傳輸器與運算轉導放大器所組成。選擇適當的輸出點,此電路可以分別實現高通、帶通與低通的接地導納與浮接導納,並且可藉由調整運算放大器的放大偏壓電流,改變導納值。最後以HSPICE模擬電路,並且呈現其結果。

This paper presents the realization of tunable grounded and floating immittance simulators using current transfer functions. The proposed circuits are composed of some second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs) and operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs). Choosing the appropriate output, the circuits can realize high-pass, band-pass, and low-pass immittances, and the immittances can be tuned by adjusting the amplifier bias current (Iabc) of OTAs. Two examples are shown together with simulation resulted by HSPICE.
