在可回收性商品存貨系統下考量缺貨問 題與回收產品品質不確定性因素

摘要


隨著環保意識抬頭,許多國家開始要求企業在生產的同時,必須考量廢棄物 減量的目標。為達成此一目標,可回收及可再利用產品的增產是無庸置疑的。Rund Teunter (2004)提到公司願意進行產品回收的主因,是由於使用回收物品可降低成 本。因此,未來產品的原料除了來自上游新料外,產品回收的管道亦是相當重要 的來源。總而言之,不論在環保的政策面以及公司成本經濟面的考量上,回收再 製的比重都將越來越高,而可回收及可再利用產品的生產亦將成為必然的趨勢。 回顧學者在回收再利用存貨系統議題上的相關文獻,本研究發現有關回收物 品存貨系統的研究中鮮少對於上游原料新品缺貨與回收產品品質不確定性問題的 討論。據此,本研究的存貨模型是以發生上游原料新品供應發生缺貨的情況下, 提出如何利用回收物品的供應彌補上游原料新品缺貨的問題,使生產能順利進 行;而考量回收產品品質不確定性的現實面,本研究在模型中設立一個檢驗機制, 透過百分之百的檢驗篩選出無法進行再生利用的不良品,使之更貼近現實面。 本研究的貢獻如下,一是利用MAPLE 數學軟體求出以最小成本下為目標 時,缺貨後補數量、回收數量與訂購次數的最佳解,並以敏感度分析探討各參數 變動對最佳解的影響。再者,透過模型的推導,提出可避免缺貨的方法,並以不 同的缺貨量所產生的數據資料進行假設檢定,驗證本文所提避免缺貨方法的可行 性。

With the rise in environmental concerns, many countries have begun to consider waste reduction in companies. For this purpose, increasing the production of recycling and reuse items becomes crucial. Rund Teunter (2004) mentioned the main reason that companies become involved with product recovery is benefit from the cost reduction. Under such a trend there will be more and more companies involved in product recovery in the future. The study found that related literatures regarding the system of inventory control with return flows were rarely discussing shortage and the uncertain quality of recycling products. Therefore the study develops the model considering shortage and provides a way to prevent shortage. Besides we use a complete inspection activity in the model for reducing the uncertain quality of recycling products. In such way it makes the model more realistic. The study obtains the backorders, inventory level of recoverable items and number of order for newly procured items. The study obtains backorders and inventory level of recoverable items by software MAPLE and discusses the effect of parameters and the solution of model by sensitivity analysis. We obtain the data by using different backorders and test the way of preventing shortage cost by hypothesis test.
