In recent years, global warming has led to a rise in sea level and the creation of extreme weather conditions. Many countries have actively enacted laws and policies to limit corporate carbon emissions. Although these policies are very effective in limiting carbon emissions, they have a significant impact on production, logistics, replenishment, inventory, investment in equipment. This thesis examines the impact of carbon allowances and carbon tax policies on reducing pollution as well as the transport costs. We also explore how equipment investing and agreement between buyer and seller can enhance a sustainable supply chain. In the carbon tax policy, both parties to agree to improve preservation technology and to explore investment strategies for supply chain inventory management. The study tries to maximize the profitability of the integrated buyer-seller system. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are carried out to illustrate our theory and to provide managerial insights to management.
