整合穩健設計與綠色設計因素於產品開發流程-以嬰兒車為例

摘要


聯合國2015正式提出17項「永續發展目標(SDGs)」,相較於「千禧年發展目標(MDGs)」,在下列三個關鍵有所突破:廣泛應用(Universality)、多元整合(Integration)、重大轉型(Transformation)。SDGs中指出全球發展將更明確的涵蓋永續的三大面向,即經濟、環境以及社會,且聯合國全球盟約相關報告指出,企業的投入與支持成為落實SDGs的重要關鍵,所以企業研發創新產品以保持競爭力的過程中,需考量永續發展目標。 在市場不斷變化的環境下,企業面臨著巨大的競爭壓力,以及產品開發失敗的高風險。由於市場趨勢對於企業的影響是永久存在的,且顧客需求亦是企業發展考量之重要因素,所以企業必須創造出因應不同環境仍能穩健執行其功能的產品,以兼顧市場與消費者之期望。 綜合上述之論點,若能將穩健設計(Robust Design)與綠色設計(Green Design)的因素應用於產品設計中,將提升產品的功能性,並兼顧到環境的保護。因此本研究藉由文獻之探討,歸納出穩健設計與綠色設計共16項產品設計準則,並透過第一次專家問卷調查50項市售產品的設計準則,從中選出較符合市場趨勢之6項設計準則,再藉由第二次專家問卷找出可行性較高之3項設計準則並針對嬰兒車進行改善,最後發放問卷得知本研究設計之產品較一般市售產品更符合設計準則的定義,即產品較具穩健性與綠色性之因素。

UN officially proposed SDGs in 2015, differ from MDGs with the breakthrough in 3 crucial points: Universality, Integration and Transformation. SDGs indicated that Global Development should focus more on sustainable which means Social, Environment and Economic, and The UN Global Compact shows, it is the key for SDGs to implement with the participate and support among enterprises, therefore enterprises should consider SDGs when developing new products to keep competitiveness. Along with the change of market recent years, enterprises face tremendous compete pressure and the high risk of product exploit failure. Due to that trends of the market cause influence on enterprises everlasting and customer demand is also a major issue for enterprises when development, it is important enterprises should create products that can be used robustly so it meets both the market and consumers’ expect. According to the above points, the idea of Robust Design and Green Design should be considered when designing products, increase the function of products and the environmental protection. Therefore this research first summarized 16 product design rules with Robust Design and Green Design through literature review, and investigate 50 product design rules with the first experts through questionnaire survey, choosing the six design rules more in line with market trends . By the second experts questionnaire survey to find out the three high feasibility design rules for baby stroller. Finally use questionnaire survey define this research result more than ordinary products meet the design rules, it’s mean the result is more have factors of robust design and green design.
