整合ErP參數與TRIZ功能屬性探討產品設計綠色演化趨勢

摘要


本研究整合ErP參數與綠色效益因素而得到綠色特徵值,進而應用TRIZ方法中的演化趨勢與綠色特徵值、產品的功能屬性與品質機能展開做整合,來找尋創新性的產品。首先,先經由功能屬性分析,找出產品相關的功能與屬性;利用綠色特徵值與功能屬性之相關性建立關係矩陣,找出綠色特徵值強弱順序並加以選擇。再從每一個選出之綠色特徵值找出重要之功能屬性,再從其找出對應之產品趨勢。第二,產品亦可由綠色特徵值的角度去剖析產品的工程參數,藉由if-then-but的思考模式,去探討當為了滿足綠色特徵值的要求,需要改變何種工程參數及造成何種工程參數的惡化,再利用矛盾矩陣找出相關的發明原則。最後,整合以上兩種做法,根據綠色特徵值所對應的相關趨勢以及其所涉及的發明原則做結合,來構想多面向之綠色產品的新設計方案並加以選擇

This research combines ErP parameters and eco-efficiency factors into the green features for product design. Then this study integrates evolution trends, green features, product functions & attributes and uses the quality function deployment and TRIZ methods to find creative green products. First, we find the functions & attributes of a product using the function attribute analysis, then we develop a relationship between green features and functions & attributes to rank the green features. Based on the selected green features, we find the importance of functions & attributes under each green feature. From the importance of functions & attributes, we then find the evolution trends for each selected green feature. Second, this study analyzes product engineering parameters in view of green features with the if-then-but pattern used in the TRIZ, namely to explore if the requirement of a green feature is needed, then some engineering parameters would be beneficial, but some engineering parameters would be worsen. This pattern would lead to several inventive principles. Finally, putting the above two procedures together, we find the evolution trends and inventive principles for each selected green feature, which would help generate a full amount of new product designs for green considerations, and waiting for selections.
