探討 S 公司在石英元件產業之行銷經營模式及競爭策略

A Research of Company S’s Marketing Business Model and Competition Strategy in Quartz Crystal Industry

摘要


個案公司為生產石英元件的公司,其石英元件為手機等行動裝置對外通訊的重要元件之一,而行動裝置涵蓋的領域相當廣泛,如:智慧型手機、平板電腦、數位相機、IOT(Internet of Thing)等,科技來自於生活,而未來科技的成功關鍵在於解決各種生活的需求。 在成熟的電子產業中要找出其可獲利的產品市場,及深化核心技術,提高企業競爭力,讓企業能獲利而永續經營,本研究將以個案公司為例,就全球行動裝置所用石英元件的市場規模、產品動向、大廠佈局、供應鏈關係及技術藍圖進行分析研究,希望了解個案公司在成熟電子產業的激烈價格戰下,其在行銷模式與競爭策略的擬定的過程,並歸類出以下結論: I. 新規格的技術開發與尋找更為靈活的競爭策略為挑戰。 II. 面對未來發展,提早規劃因應轉型或深化核心技術能力。 III. 歸納個案分析的行銷模式及競爭策略,提供建議給其他想進入石英元件相關產業的公司一個參考依據,如何進入下游應用產品市場及可能會碰到的問題與優劣勢。

The Company in this case study produces quartz components, which is an essential components of cell phone or mobile communicating devices, such as smart phone, tablet, digital camera and IOT, etc. Technology comes from daily life and the successful key component for future technology based on providing solutions to various daily necessities. In a mature technology industry, it is important to find a profitable product market, broaden core technology, and strengthen competitive ability, hence increase profit. In this case study, we analyze the utilization of Quartz components in global mobile devices, market level, product movement, factory location, providing chain and technology blue print. We want to study how this target company plan their market and competitive strategy and we have this following conclusion: I. Developing new model technology and searching more adaptive competing strategy. II. Ability to broaden core technology proactively for future development. III. Providing example for companies that are interested in entering lower providing chain with analysis of marketing strategy and model of case company.
