以TRIZ理論探討庫存管理優化之研究

摘要


本研究係針對標準品的銷售與庫存管理的方式做研究以A公司為研究對象,如何在有限的資源下取的合理且適當的存貨,達到滿足客戶的對交期與數量的需求,並有效率的控制庫存成本與交期上的矛盾 研究中運用TRIZ的創新思維與40個創新方法,針對TRIZ九宮格去發想可能的創新思維,對庫存管理的方法與流程透過TRIZ思維去做研究,導入可執行的創新方法,並將創新方法轉化成一個可行的套表,套表中包含客戶需求數量、需求時間、生產產品數量、生產時間、將需求與實際產出做一個結合,就是透過管理機制之建立及執行,隨著時間縱軸(現在及未來)充分且有效的掌握量 (包括銷售預估量、訂單量、預估量之庫存、在製品庫存量、成品庫存量、銷售量) 的變化,並能有效率的消化資訊而配合企業整體策略做出適當的調整。 將此研究的方法運用於A公司的庫存管理中去驗證,而其效益會展現於風險之降低,包括庫存風險、銷售風險及價格風險。經過2018年度的驗證結果發現庫存基準水位降低,而銷售沒有因庫存水位的降低而減少。故結論證明生產管理可以運用TRIZ的創新思維與創新的方法來優化。

This research studies the sales and inventory management of standard products. Company A is the research object. This paper focuses on how to fulfill the customer's demand for delivery and quantity under reasonable and appropriate inventory under limited resources, and effectively control the contradiction between inventory cost and delivery time. The demand for delivery and quantity, and the effective control of the contradiction between inventory cost and delivery. The goal of the research is to use TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and 40 inventive principles to solve the possible new thinking of TRIZ 9-windows, and to study the methods and processes of production management through TRIZ. This study introduces an approach to evaluate the innovative approach into a viable set of tables that includes the need of customers, delivery time, quantity of production, schedule of production, and comparison of demand and output. Through the establishment and implementation of the management mechanism, supervisors can monitor the information of market and efficiently adjust the schedule of production. The research verified in the production management of Company A in 2018, and its benefits will be reflected in the risk reductions, including inventory, sales and price. Therefore, the conclusion proves that production management can be optimized by using TRIZ and inventive principles.
