摘要


製造業現今面臨的巿場環境為產品生命週期更短、全球供應鏈布局、快速滿足當地需求等競爭環境下,因此製造業需要面臨的是大量客製化、少量多樣產品需求、交貨期短..等靈活多變的需求。隨著巿場環境的變化,為滿足多樣化的出貨要求以往依賴人工作業方式出貨管理模式將帶來更大的工作負荷,客戶要求更加準確之交貨時間、多種之包裝方式、分散之倉庫..等,因此出貨管理人員將面臨更多樣之作業要求,如何在更短的時間內將貨物準時運送至指定地點。 本研究以透過IOT(Internet of Things)相關技術透過RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)與DIO(Digital Input Output)控制器等設備之建置,搭配軟體程式與網路串接,實現無人地磅系統建置。建置多樣之行動裝置APP(Mobile Application),將成品儲位管理、出貨理貨/撿貨、裝車作業等作業,提供作業人員隨時利用行動裝置進行即時資料維護、確認與記錄,達到出貨實務作業與資訊系統資訊同步。 綜合研究結論: 出貨流程智能化除了增加廠內出貨效率外,因無人地磅系統建置,大幅降低了運輸廠商車輛等待過磅時間,尤其在進出廠車輛高峰期間時效果更加明顯。因資訊系統行動化程度提升,加強了物流與資訊流的一致性與資訊透明度,因隨時能掌握出貨車輛目前所在位置,能提供予銷售服務人員或客戶更加準確之預計到達時間,提升了資訊服務品質與效率。

Manufacturing Industry is facing shortest production cycles to compete globally. Based in global supply chain production sites could easily and quickly to meet the severe requirement for global competition. Mass tailor- made products, minimum order with diversified requirement, and shortest lead time, are more and more common for the biggest challenges in the industry. Manual shipping operation for the above is the biggest loads. Customer’s requirement, on time shipping, diversified packing, and diverse warehouses transportation cause more critical operation requirements. How to ship in the shortest time is the top priority issues for the managements. In this research, we install IOT DIO controls with software and internet controls to install the UNMANNED WEIGHT LOAD SYSTEMS. Build multiples Mobile systems we could manage data for products storage, shipping, goods collecting, truck arrangements. With this, we could obtain the synchronization for the systems and the real operation. In conclusion: Intelligent shipping process has enhanced higher shipping efficiency. Unmanned TRUCK SCALES systems significantly decreased the bottle neck for the waiting time in the shipping peak periods. With bigger extents for Mobilized systems, it has increased the consistency for Logistics and information flow and transparency of information. With in-time monitoring for he trucks location, it provides more accurate arrival time for the sales notice to the clients. Information service and efficient is much improved.
