因應國家能源效率管理與節能減碳政策及配合客戶檢測需求,空氣調節機及熱泵熱水器性能試驗實驗室,由於室內外側裝機管路配置空間是有距離,針對在進行安裝家用1對1變頻分離式冷氣時,使室外側主機與室內側風量測定裝置之室內機,兩者間所連接冷媒被覆銅管有過長現象,可能在測試時會影響總冷房能力輸出的結果。利用品質工具找出具有影響測試結果的主要因子,進而提升實驗室整體測試及品質。 在本文中選取冷媒被覆銅管四個因子進行討論,包括(1)冷媒管長度,(2)冷媒管厚度,(3)冷媒管管徑,(4)冷媒管高度差。利用統計軟體Minitab實驗設計(Design of Experiment, DOE)田口 參數設計方法進行分析,採取4因子2水準的研究方式,找出了二個最顯著因子及參數,在透過因子反應值最佳優化並與反應曲線圖作分析結合。 研究結果顯示在田口方法 所選取設計變數中影響程度依序為長度、高度差、管徑及厚度,其中長度、高度差的關鍵因子水準最為顯著差異。最後,針對冷媒管長度再進行實際操作測試之結果,確實會影響總冷房能力反應值的表現。善用實驗設計可有助於人員、客戶在實驗室裝機速度與配管成本,及實驗室整體測試稼動的時間參數之提升,有效解決效率等問題。
In response to the National Energy Efficiency Management’s energy-saving carbon reduction policies and capacity testing requirement, the air conditioning and heat pump water-heater-performance test laboratory is established. Since the installation conditions for both indoor and outdoor Single-Split-Type air-conditioners units are unpredictable, the copper-coated refrigerant pipe that connects the unit may be lengthy. A long pipe may affect the total cold room capacity output. Therefore, we try to identify how the piping length influences the Single-Split-Type air-conditioner capacity, thereby enhancing the overall test and overall equipment effectiveness. In this study, four characteristics of the coated copper-coated refrigerant pipe that influence the piping effectiveness are studied. They are: (1) refrigerant pipe length, (2) refrigerant pipe thickness, (3) refrigerant pipe diameter, (4) height difference of refrigerant pipe. By using the Minitab's Design of Experiment (DOE), Taguchi parameter and four factor - 2 levels methods, two most significant factors and parameters were found; they were optimized by the response of the permeability factor. From the reaction curve analysis, we analyze each characteristic to see its effectiveness. From the Taguchi method, we have shown that the influencing factors that affect air conditioning performance are length, height difference, diameter and thickness of the pipe; the most significant factors are the length and height difference. Finally, the results of the actual operation test show how the refrigerant pipe length affects performance and the total EER value. The study will allow the company to focus on the critical factors that affect efficiency of the piping.
