工業廠區空壓系統能效改善之研究

摘要


長期以來壓縮空氣被廣泛使用在各產業中,舉凡工業、礦業、醫療、農業、運輸和工程業…等,應用得非常普遍。在工業廠區中,不論是生產製程或公用設施均少不了壓縮空氣,故空壓系統效率之好壞對於廠區能源之耗用有非常大的影響。  本研究之目的為改善一般空壓系統在工廠運行時因供需控制不良,無效廢熱過大、洩漏浪費…等,形成能源浪費,造成系統能效不佳,利用現實狀況提列出主要問題,再依空壓系統運行狀況檢視,逐一分析後,並以「TRIZ理論的40項發明原則」予以對照印證,可得出:按壓力級距控制空壓機合理開機台數、空壓機廢熱回收、空壓機變頻及無耗氣自動卻水器,可使空壓系統能效整體提升,以達節能減廢且提升空壓系統整體效率之目的。 藉由蒐集分析空壓系統各項運轉參數資料,提供給設備操作人員參考或進行自動控制。經由廠務空壓機系統逐項改善並核算成效以達成節能目標。

Compressed air has been widely applied in various industries for a long time, including industrial plants, mining, medical treatment, agriculture, transportation, engineering, etc. In industrial plants, compressed air is indispensable regardless production process or public facilities. Therefore, the efficiency of the air compressor system has very great influence on the energy consumption for the plants. The purpose of the study is to improve the energy waste management and the efficiency of the air compressor system in factories. The defects are caused by insufficient control of supply and demand, excess waste heat, leaking waste, etc. The study listed the main problems according to the practical situation and analyzed the problems by inspecting the operation of the compressor system. Compared with “40 inventive principles of TRIZ theory”, the analysis concluded the following result. The overall efficiency of the compressors can be enhanced to save energy and reduce waste, by proper count control of working compressors based on pressure ranges, recycling excess heat, inverter compressor, and automatically no air consumption water device According to the collection and analysis of the operation parameters of the compressor system, the study can be the references for operating personnel and automatic control conduction. Lastly, the study can help evaluate the efficiency and the energy saving through the improvement of compressor system.
