回收及再製造行動電話相關調查報告指出2015年全球翻新行動電話市場的總交易量達到8千萬支,並創造出110億美元的總價值,翻新行動電話市場儼然已構成龐大的新興消費領域。但是,目前行對電話回收再製造的框架仍為發展成熟,尚有回收再製造經濟與碳排放相關議題必須深入探討與瞭解。 本研究以美國行動電話回收再製造框架為例,探討翻新行動電話經濟與碳排放之議題,並建構建構考量市場與環境需求探討多產品多期多品質回收再製造模式,解析翻新行動電話的消費者期望價格、消費者期望價格下降率、回收品可回收材料比例與系統碳排放限制對回收再製造模式產生之影響。 研究結果發現,消費者期望價格、消費者期望價格下降率及系統碳排放限制造成回收再製造模式出現提前收購回收品之行為;消費者期望價格下降率為回收再製造模式的主要獲利因素;回收品可回收材料比例與系統碳排放限制分別導致回收再製造模式之獲利能力提升;回收品可回收材料比例為回收再製造模式的整體獲利以及節省碳排放之關鍵。
The market of the refurbished mobile phone has grown larger and become a new potential market. It is shown by the survey of mobile phone’s recycling and remanufacturing where the number of the traded refurbished phone in the global market has reached the 80 million marks in 2015 with a value of $11 billion US dollars. However, the recycling and remanufacturing framework of the current mobile phone still has not yet developed maturely, therefore emphasizing the needs for discussing and analyzing the issues of recycling and remanufacturing economy and carbon emissions is essential. This study takes the US mobile phone recycling and remanufacturing framework into consideration, and explores the issue of refurbished mobile phone’s economy and carbon emissions. Regarding with this, a recycling and remanufacturing model for multiple products, periods, and qualities is developed. The model also considers factors, namely, consumer expectation value, rate-of-descent control of consumer expectations value, the percentage of recyclable mobile phone material and carbon emissions restrictions in the model formulation to understand and analyze the influence of the economic, marketing and environmental impacts of the refurbished mobile phone toward recycling and remanufacturing. The result obtained that the consumer expectation value, rate-of-descent control of consumer expectation value and carbon emissions influence the recycling and remanufacturing model time of acquirement core behavior depends on the parameter value. The rate-of-descent control of consumer expectations value factor has become the main factor that influences the profit of recycling and remanufacturing model. The percentage of recyclable mobile phone material and carbon emission restrictions improved profitability of the recycling and remanufacturing model, and the percentage of recyclable mobile phone material was the key to the overall profitability and saving carbon emissions of the recycling and remanufacturing model.
