Hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia have become modernized civilization diseases, and the diseases associated with them are numerous, and the mortality rate is still high. Therefore, the control of the disease after diagnosis is very important. Control methods include drugs and diet. Both require a doctor's diagnosis before quantifying the patient's diagnosis. The information that allows the doctor to use the judgment criteria, in addition to the check-up at the time of the visit, requires the patient's daily measurement data. To assist the physician in making judgments. However, the current patient data can only be recorded or copied by the patient or his relatives. It is prone to information errors, missing or even impossible to obtain. It not only increases the difficulty for the doctor to judge the condition, but also makes the patient's condition more serious. This study uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to connect the hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia measuring equipment to the mobile device, and the measurement data is automatically transmitted and stored in the remote database via the mobile network. This system provides a basis for adjusting the diet and exercise and the prescriptions of physicians through long-term cumulative measurement signals.
