In recent years, companies have introduced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Although the ERP system has brought many benefits, such as enhanced insight, improved production efficiency, and accelerated report output, it is in the management of professional mold factories. , A more effective integration system is needed to provide complete information to customers and manufacturers in real time; if it can be integrated with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) through the exclusive ERP system and mold design guidance system, it will be able to perform effectively Order management, mold evaluation, mold design, material control, and shorten the contact time. You can also know the current order progress and design-related information in real time, and reduce possible human problems and delays, effectively reaching the manufacturer and customer Communication to reduce missing. Therefore, this research uses the MongoDB database to develop with the program, and effectively integrates the exclusive simple ERP system with the mold design guidance system, providing functions such as order construction, design, valuation and material status system, from the customer's order to the completion of delivery The status of each stage of the mold can be displayed on the ERP system in real time, transparently and correctly. The mold factory personnel can track orders through ERP. If any problems are encountered during the design process, the designer can communicate with the customer online , Online contact can effectively increase work efficiency. After the design is completed, the design end will feedback the evaluation parameters. The mold factory personnel will evaluate the price through ERP, and the customer can know the evaluation result through the system and decide whether to confirm the order or negotiate the price After the customer pays, the subsequent design and manufacturing process can also grasp real-time information from the mold platform. When the mold factory personnel operate this platform, they can also receive the required parts in real time after the customer places an order , And know the current inventory of the warehouse. When the inventory is insufficient, the system will give a warning notification, and use the MES platform to receive the processing progress to provide the customer with the real-time progress of the current project, so that the customer can use this integrated ERP system to completely Control the product life cycle.
