考量TFT-LCD產業包材共用及回收之半成品運輸成本研究

摘要


在TFT-LCD成本結構表中,包材的比重高達整體的15%,更是整體材料成本中第二名,而造成此結果的原因在於,傳統TFT-LCD產業之前段製程在運送半成品時,為了保護產品在運輸過程中因碰撞導致損壞,選用了保護性較高的包材,但因包材受限於日本供應商的技術與專利,導致其成本無法降低,加上近幾年來,產品多樣化與客製化的趨勢,導致傳統運籌成本大幅提升也對環境造成破壞。 故本研究希望探討國內某TFT-LCD面板廠所提出包材共用回收之綠色運籌模式,其與傳統運籌模式之成本變化,並提供企業較為有利的決策結果。在求解過程中,運用陳美妤(2006)所提出方式取得需求量,並與該TFT-LCD面板廠進行聯繫取得相關資料,再以VBA程式進行運算。最後透過數值範例與參數分析結果,可得知此綠色運籌模式之總成本,不管在何種運輸箱回收率底下,皆低於傳統運籌模式,並期望運用分析結果,提供企業在不同運輸箱回收率,不同之決策方案。

In the cost structure table of TFT-LCD, the proportion of packaging materials were up to 15%, and were the second major cost of the whole cost. The reason of this is that when traditional TFT-LCD industries transport semi-manufactured goods, in order to protect the products from damage by collide, they chose high protective packing materials however the cost cannot decrease due to the limit of Japanese supplier skills’ and patent. Recently the trend of product diversification and customized, led to the highly increase of logistic cost and also cause environmental problems. Therefore this research hope to investigate the recycle method of green logistic that one of the internal TFT-LCD company proposed; the change of the cost and the actual logistic mode, and provide a better solution for enterprises. By using the way that Chen mei yu(2006) proposed to get the demand when solving, and connect with the TFT-LCD company to get related information then operate with VBA program. From numerical example and parameter analysis result, we can find out that whether in what kind of recycle rate in green logistic the total cost is less than the actual logistic mode and using the analysis result to provide the enterprise different transport boxes’ recycle rate and different strategic decision.
