脈衝式冷卻技術對DVD基板微結構及Dummy成型品質之研究

摘要


摘要 射出成型是一直重複加熱及冷卻的動作,模具要求在冷卻結構中使介質流動,模具處於一定的溫度範圍之中,使射出的熔融塑料迅速的成型,並透過介質的傳遞將塑料多於的熱量帶走,使塑料能在很短的週期內快速冷卻固化。在射出成型製程中,必須藉由升高模具溫度,使塑料在充填階段有更好的流動性,因此,較長的成型週期將無法避免。脈衝式冷卻可以控制成型過程中,在充填保壓階段維持高模溫,待冷卻階段導入冷卻水快速降低模具溫度,則可減少成型週期且改善成品品質。 本研究是利用脈衝式冷卻技術控制,當模具開、關模時,利用近接感應器去觸發模溫機的電磁閥導通與閉合,充填保壓階段維持高模溫,待冷卻階段導入冷卻水快速降低模具溫度,以減短成型週期且維持產品品質。 研究結果顯示,使用脈衝式冷卻可以使可動側與固定側模溫向下調降8℃,還可維持調降模溫前的微結構深度,並使原本4秒的成型週期向下修正至3.2秒,且維持基板變形量在未開起脈衝式冷卻時的品質,結果顯示有使用脈衝式冷卻的模溫機比傳統模溫機所生產出的光碟不但縮短了生產週期外,仍可維持品質的穩定性。

Abstract Injection molding is the repetition procedure of heating and cooling. During the cooling procedure, the liquid plastic injected in the mold and under a certain temperature the liquid plastic became solid in a short time. The cold temperature leads media flow, takes the heat away by transferring the media of liquid plastic. During plastic filling of molding procedure, the mold has to be heat to perform the best of media flow. Therefore the longer molding cycle is inevitably. Pulsed cooling can maintain the high temperature of the mold during the filling of mold process and lower the temperature quickly during pulsed cool water of cooling process. This process can shorten the molding cycle and improve the quality. This research is about how to shorten the molding time and maintain the product quality by control the pulse cooling technic when molding opens and closes. Using the temperature sensor to turn on/off the solenoid valve of temperature controller then by filling pressure up at the pressure process to keep high mold temper, at cooling process lower the molding temper by providing cool water. According to research, the pulsed cooling can lower 8℃ of both movable and firm side, keep the micro-structure depth before lower the temperature, shorten the molding time from 4 second to 3.2 and preserve the quality before using pulsed cooling by the substrate deformation. The result shows that using pulse cooling temperature controller shortens the disc produce then the traditional and also maintains the steady quality.
