中文摘要 近年來,由於法規對電流諧波之要求日益嚴格,因此有許多的切換式電源整流器之技術被提出。其型式有相當多種,其中三相六開關式切換式整流器由於具有好的電流品質與較高的可靠度,所以適合於高瓦特數的應用。在切換式電源切換技術中,若採用硬式切換其效率低且易產生較高的電磁干擾。在本論文中,將仔細分析柔性切換技術,並實現輸出功率7kW 之三相六開關柔式切換整流器,具有高效率、高功因與低電磁干擾之特性。並完成一原型機實測與探究其波形與特性,獲得令人滿意之結果。
Abstract Due to tougher regulations on the current harmonics, many studies on switch-mode rectifiers (SMR) have been presented recently. Among various switch mode rectifiers, the three-phase six-switch topology is commonly used for high-power applications due to its good current quality and high reliability. The hard-switching operations for power switches result in low efficiency and high EMI emission. In this thesis, we study and realize the soft-switching technology to implement a 7kW three-phase switch-mode rectifier. High efficiency, high power factor, and low EMI emission can be achieved. Experimental results for a laboratory prototype are measured and discussed in detail. The results are satisfactory.
