摘要


本研究主要是在格網架構下建構一個開放式醫療掛號系統─隨選格網醫院掛號系統之建構(The Construction of a Grid Hospital Registration System on Demand)。當今社會醫療體系所存在一些的問題,如就醫時間無法掌控、無法依個人行程排定自己就醫行程、病歷資料分散各地無法於就醫時整合參照而常造成重覆醫療資源浪費與誤診治行為、保險公司要求理培資料時無法得知所有就醫資料等,都是值得解決與探討的問題。 對於一般民眾就醫環境的探討,是一個實際的需求研究,在國內醫療環境中由看診的最初掛號開始就是可以研究討論的主題,但也是最讓就醫病患頭痛的事,因為至醫院現場掛號要很早出門甚至天還未亮就得起床趕到那裡,而用網路掛號又需要面對各家不同的使用介面,對於掛號這一件簡單而又必要的事往往花費了比實際看診還要長的時間,實在值得去探討如何改善的方法。 本研究針對掛號的部份,嘗試以格網技術來建構一個網路掛號環境,讓使用者可以透過單一的使用者介面完成掛號作業。我們使用格網開發工具集第四版當成主要的開發介面,建構出隨選格網掛號系統。實作中以三個格網節點提供掛號的格網服務,配合一個格網入口,讓使用者可以由入口網站使用掛號服務;實作結果顯示論文的想法是可行的。初期可能因為一些非系統面問題無法完全涵蓋所有問題,例如收費與拆帳問題,營運中心成立與營運問題,最小成本單位問題等,但希望藉由本文對此領域的探討,帶出這個領域與相關領域中值得注意的問題與提出適當的解決方案,用來改善當今醫療的運作效能與效益。

The purpose of this study was to construct and verify an open medical registration information system based on the grid technique: the Construction of a Grid Hospital Registration System on Demand. There are problems in the current medical system that still needs to be solved, such as inability to arrange medical appointment time suiting personal agenda. Medical data scattered over several facilities cannot be linked together and presented to the physician when patient seeks medical advice, hence wasting medical resources and may cause diagnostic errors. Insurance companies cannot fully access to an insurant’s medical data and etc. For practical purposes, this study aims to study medical environment of the common public, such as the registration process. Registration should be a simple and straightforward procedure, however this is often not the case presently. Nowadays, patients need to arrive at hospital early, even before sunrise, to have their appointments’ registration steps done. Furthermore, if one registers on the internet, the registration interfaces are different between the hospitals. It is worth to study the methods to improve the registration system. This study offered a new network registration system to let the user to register through a single user interface by the grid technique. We used the Grid Develop Toolkit fourth version as the main develop interface to construct a grid hospital registration on demand. We employed three nodes to provide grid services and collaborated a single grid entrance. The user can use the registration services though a single entrance host. The initial results of our study supported and verified the feasibility and practicability of this new system. The non-systematic aspects of the program, such as charging and accounting were not reviewed in this paper. Presently, we discuss the problems encountered in this system and provide solutions to improve its efficacy and efficiency.
