本論文中提出了一個使用到三個多輸出第二代電流傳輸器(MO-CCIIs),兩個接地電容以及三個電阻所組成的正交振盪器。所提出的電路同時擁有高輸出阻抗的正交電流式訊號與電壓式訊號,此振盪器的振盪條件與振盪頻率可藉由接地電阻獨立可調。 以上提出的電路僅接使用接地電容,從積體電路製造的觀點,可以消去寄生電容效應,對於製程有很大的效益;另外所使用的電阻都與CCII的x端連接,可消去CCII的寄生電阻效應。
A new quadrature oscillator circuit using three multiple output second-generation current conveyors (MO-CCIIs), two grounded capacitors,and three resistors is presented. Two high output impedance current-mode signals and two voltage-mode signals with 90o phase difference between each pair of signals are available in the proposed circuit. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency are independently controllable through grounded resistors. The use of only grounded capacitors makes the proposed circuit ideal for integrated circuit implementation. Experimental results are included.
