含N,N' -二(2-噻唑)甲咪配位基與金屬反應之研究

中文摘要 本論文主要討論 N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine 配位基與金屬間反應的化學,以及探討其水解反應與金屬的關係。 將 N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine (HL) 分別與Cu(ClO4)2 . 6H2O、 Co(ClO4)2 . 6H2O、 Cu(NO3)2 . 3H2O、 Zn(NO3)2 . 6H2O反應,因以上反應中的起始物皆含有結晶水,致使N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine (HL) 產生水解反應,形成配位基N-(thiazol-2yl)formamide (HL') 及2-Aminothiazole (HL')。而得到下列化合物:[Cu(HL')2(THF)2](ClO4)2, 1、 [Cu(HL')2](ClO4)2, 2、 (H2L')(ClO4), 3、 [Co(HL')2(HL')(THF)](ClO4)2, 4、 {[Cu(L')(NO3)](THF)}∞, 5、 Zn(HL')2(NO3)2, 6。HL' 是以氮及氧原子與中心金屬鍵結,而HL' 則以環上氮與金屬鍵結。 而將N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine與PdCl2進行反應,可以得到化合物[Pd2(L)2(Cl)2] • MeOH, 7。此反應中金屬並無結晶水,所得到產物中也並無水解的情形發生。 在此也用空白實驗當作對照組,進而討論水解的反應機制。所有產物的結構均由單晶X-ray解析。

英文摘要 This thesis discusses the reactions between the metal complexes and N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine ligand. The reactions of N,N'-Bis(2-thiazolyl)formamidine (HL) with Cu(ClO4)2 • 6H2O, Co(ClO4)2 . 6H2O, Cu(NO3)2 . 3H2O, Zn(NO3)2 . 6H2O, which contain cocrystallized water molecules, led to the hydrolysis of HL and the formation of N-(thiazol-2yl)formamide (HL') and 2-Aminothiazole (HL'). The reactions afforded the following compounds: [Cu(HL')2(THF)2](ClO4)2, 1, [Cu(HL')2](ClO4)2, 2, [(H2L')](ClO4), 3, [Co(HL')2(HL')(THF)](ClO4)2, 4, {[Cu(L')(NO3)](THF)}∞, 5, Zn(HL')2(NO3)2, 6. The HL' ligangs coordinated to the metal centers through the nitrogen and oxygen atoms, while the HL' ligands through only the nitrogen atom. The reaction of HL with PdCl2 afforded [Pd2(L)2(Cl)2] • MeOH, 7, where the two Pd atoms are chelated and bridged by two L ligands. The mechanism of hydrolysis of HL is also discussed here. These structures were determined by X-ray crystallography.
