摘要 在面對全球化的競爭趨勢下,隨著商業智慧技術的發展,可以藉分析以前的資料,預測市場未來的趨勢,發揮正確決策及準確預估的功能,企業的競爭策略在於創造競爭優勢,以獲取最大利潤與價值,而競爭優勢是在『商業智慧』(Business Intelligence,BI)迅速有效的運用下,『讓每個人都能夠及時獲得有用的資訊,以做出正確的判斷』,進而提升企業決策的品質、改善營運績效。在e 化潮流下,企業除了建置各種IT應用系統,以有效建立並管理企業營運資料外,如何利用現有的系統資源,達成最有效率且具高營利價值之決策應用,以更進一步深化企業競爭優勢,才是企業e 化所真正追求的終極目標,也是企業競爭優勢不可或缺的要素。因此,『商業智慧』(BI)系統的建置與運用優劣,正強力影響著企業的生存競爭活動。 本研究採用系統發展研究法,先藉由相關文獻探討及資料蒐集,從需求面探討玻璃纖維業者於建構顧客關係管理商業智慧系統時,應具備的功能與架構,以作為玻璃纖維業者建置時的參考;並導引出本研究所提之實際的玻璃纖維業商業智慧雛型系統功能架構。本研究利用商業智慧系統工具設計雛型系統為研究核心,透過實作方式導入實際資料及建置雛型系統進行應用評估,並探討玻璃纖維業建構時所應具備架構內容,以及應注意之事項。研究結果發現,玻璃纖維業者對商業智慧系統於顧客關係管理應用之需求,應依循顧客需求為導向,以協助企業擬定有效之行銷策略。期望此研究能作為玻璃纖維業未來建置商業智慧系統之參考。 關鍵字:商業智慧(BI)、、資料倉儲(Data Warehousing)、資料挖掘 (Data Mining)、玻璃纖維業、整合性資訊系統架構
Abstract In the face of global competition trends, with the wisdom and technological development can make an analysis of previous data, forecast the future market trends, and play correct decision to accurately predict the function, the competitiveness of the enterprises the strategy is to create the competitive edge to maximize profit and value, and the competitive advantage is based on wisdom 』(Business Intelligence, BI) rapid and effective use, 『it hard to give every person the ability to obtain timely useful information, to make a correct judgment 』, thereby enhancing the quality of corporate decision-making and improve operating performance. In e-tide, except build enterprises of various IT applications, in order to effectively build and operate enterprise management information, how to use the existing resources in the most effective rate reached a high profit-enhancing value of the decision-making applications, to further deepen enterprise a more competitive edge, e-business is really the pursuit of the ultimate goal. Competitive Advantage is not available or missing elements. In good time, wisdom 』(BI) systems, the design and application mix, the ability is strong impact on the survival of enterprises in competitive activities. This research can be expected as a glass fiber industry in the future build business intelligence system reference.
