以消費者觀點建構購物網站選擇模式

Based on Consumer's Behavior Preference for Building an Evaluation Model

摘要


網際網路興起後,電子商務中的網路購物已從初期的探索階段發展成熟,購物網站所提供的產品種類越來越多元、服務機制也趨於完善,其經營規模與市場規模也不斷擴大,使得競爭越發激烈。因此了解消費者選擇購物網站之因素,有助於購物網站業者更有效率地運用資源進行經營與改善。 本研究以文獻收集與整理為基礎,整理出購物網站評選之可能準則,以商品因素構面、網站服務構面、網站形象構面、使用習慣構面與平台設計構面之五大構面與16項評估準則來找出消費者對購物網站之滿意度與重要程度需求,先就16項準則進行消費者的重要程度與滿意程度進行比較後,獲得消費者認為購物網站最需要改善的項目。經由解釋結構模型之計算後,建立五大構面間之兩兩相互影響關係。其中商品因素會影響其他四大構面,而網站服務、網站形象、使用習慣與平台設計構面彼此相互影響,且每個構面中都有內部影響關係;利用分析網路程序法就構面權重與因素準則進行構面權重計算與極限化兩兩關係比較矩陣,獲得權重排序前五項為取貨方式與運送時間、交易安全性、售後服務、會員隱私安全與獎勵機制。 本研究結合解釋結構模型與分析網路程序法,歸納出選擇購物網站的關鍵決策因素並提出準則間與因素間的關聯性和權重,提出在購物網站經營及改善時,必須滿足消費者以及能夠有效刺激以吸引消費者選擇該購物網站之因素。

The e-commerce in the online shopping has from the initial exploratory phase to mature period, shopping websites provide more and more diversified range of products, services have also tended to complete, the business scale and market size has continued to expand making competition heats up. Therefore, the shopping website owners have to understand the factors that consumers choose shopping websites for more efficient use of resources and conduct business to make improvements. This study propose five measure dimensions of user shopping website selection, there are product factors, web services, the website image, the website using habit and the platform design. The consumers’ satisfaction and needs importance of shopping website is measured by 5 dimensions and 16 criteria. In the first step, the 16 criteria were compared by users and derived the factor which is needed to improve. In the second phase, using interpretive structural modeling to establish the interaction of these five dimensions. Through analytic network process to find the dimensions and factors weigh measurement to establish the importance scale of each dimension. This study combines interpretive structural modeling and analytic network process to induce the key dimension and factor of consumers’ choosing shopping website. Via these factors, the owners can make improvements when operating the shopping website.
