隨著許多企業都已經慢慢考慮步向無紙化辦公室的同時,由於設備檢查之類的表單必須來回於不同地點實施定期檢查且檢查人員無法隨時掌握網路環境的變異問題,例如:檢查地點無法連接網路所造成的問題,因此到目前為止檢查人員依舊必須帶著紙本檢查表記錄登記。因此我們以SharePoint平台來做為檢查管理系統的開發平台,此外SharePoint平台又可與InfoPath及資料庫做整合。所以我們藉由XML格式的InfoPath提供了一份離線操作的表單以及另外一份網頁版的表單來因應操作人員解決網路環境的變異問題,然後在檢查結束後將離線表單上傳至SharePoint網路平台並發動工作流程以進行後續的審查作業。並且在審查的過程當中,自動庫存檢查的數據做為以後判斷之依據。 未來SharePoint平台機械設備及作業環境安全檢查管理系統將整合智慧型手機、平板電腦來進行實施檢查及審核作業,以提升工作效率。其實在日常的作業環境中,類似機械設備檢查作業的這種應用模式非常的多,例如業務員外出拜訪顧客、社服人員外出拜訪弱勢團體、行動醫療車巡迴檢查等,都可適用於本文中所開發的解決方案。
More and more enterprises are modifying their existing business processes, hoping to ease the use of paper in the near future. Among these business processes, the process of checking mechanical equipment is mainly operating on the basis of using paper fill-in forms. The inspectors usually will have to go check the equipment at where it is located. Presumably the inspectors will have to check a large number of locations and thus network connection may not be available. For this reason, we purpose a solution based on the SharePoint platform, integrating InfoPath forms with databases. We provide two different versions of checkup forms, one for operating in offline situation and the one other version operating on the SharePoint platform. Inspector only needs to fill in an offline form using a smart device. When the inspection process is done, the inspector only needs to open up the same form again and upload it to the SharePoint server. The system will automatically start a workflow, conducting the rest of the checkup process. We can also accumulate useful experience and knowledge from the data collected during the process. We believe the same pattern can be applied to lots of similar scenarios, such as traveling salesmen, and social workers who have to make a lot of visits daily.
