以運算轉阻放大器為主動元件設計電壓式四階橢圓濾波電路

OTRA-Based Voltage-Mode Fourth-Order Elliptic Filter Structure

摘要


研究設計電流訊號傳輸電路一直是近年來學者的研究重點,而OTRA 為最 近學者使用來設計電流訊號傳輸電路的主動元件之ㄧ。OTRA 的特性方程式與 OTA 對偶,從這個條件來看,它可能與OTA 有對等的優勢。而且OTRA 的輸 入端虛接地,所以沒有寄生效應,是唯一可以消除輸入端寄生效應的主動元件, 因為有著這個特別的特性,所以本論文才使用這個元件設計濾波器。 本論文使用節點分析設計法,來設計的四階電壓式橢圓低通濾波電路,使 用五個OTRA、四個電容、十二個電阻,設計完成的電路擁有最少電容的優點。 電路模擬採用H-Spice 及Matlab 軟體,操作頻率設定在1MHz,利用元件敏感度 正負關係,僅調整兩個電容或兩個電阻,就能使輸出訊號接近理論值。從10Hz 到1MHz 的模擬輸出圖及被動元件敏感度關係顯示,在頻率100KHz 之前的訊 號較為穩定,而且敏感度也較低。電路積體化的實現也是本篇論文的重點,因 此使用過去學者的方法將電阻轉換成MOS 並進行模擬,發現模擬結果與原本的 電路相同,證實此法的可行性,在日後進行電路佈局時,本論文也有很好的參 考價值。

Current signal transmission circuit research and design has been the focus of recent academic study, but OTRA Design for the recent scholars use to the current signal transmission circuits your active components. OTRA's characteristic equation and OTA on even terms from this condition, it may OTA have equal advantages. And OTRA input virtual ground, so there is no parasitic effect, is the only way to eliminate the parasitic effects of the input active device, as has this special feature, so only use this component in this paper the design filter. Thesis this use node analyze, design Voltage-Mode Fourth-Order Elliptic Filter, use five OTRAs, four capacities, twelve resistance, design the circuit finished to the least have advantage of the capacity. Using H-Spice circuit simulation and Matlab software, the operating frequency set at 1MHz, sensitivity positive and negative relationship between use of components, only the adjustment of two capacitors or two resistors, the output signal can be close to the theoretical value. From 10Hz to 1MHz analog output map and the relationship between passive components show sensitivity in the frequency of 100KHz signals before the more stable, but also less sensitive. The realization of integrated circuits is the focus of this paper, the method used in the past scholars and resistance into MOS simulation, the simulation results found that the same as the original circuit, confirmed the feasibility of this method, the circuit layout in the future This thesis is also a good reference value.
