應用在精神障礙者之行動追蹤導引系統：以捷運系統為例
Mobile Guiding and Tracking System in Public Transit System for Individuals with Mental illness
摘要
近年來，科技的進步確實為我們的生活帶來重大的改變，科技的感染力也足以改變人類的生活型態，隨著網際網路和行動通訊技術發展迅速，ㄧ般社會大眾不論是食、衣、住、行、育和樂都將變得更加的便利，但許多弱勢團體卻因資源缺乏與欠缺科技背景的情況下，將陷入與時代間數位落差的困境中。本研究針對精神障礙就業輔導體系所需要的資訊和身心障礙患者行動應用上的需求，以介面簡明、學習容易及高實用性為原則，運用室內無線定位技術結合區域感知應用，開發出一套適合身心障礙患者於通勤時使用的輔具，透過此輔具可幫助身心障礙患者有效的利用捷運系統作為日常上下班的交通工具，並且幫助就業輔導體系裡辛苦的就業輔導員與身心障礙者的家屬掌握該身心障礙者的行蹤。

In recent years, the development of technology has indeed brought a great change to our life. The infection of technology is also sufficient to change the life style of human. With the rapidly growth of the Internet and the mobile telecommunication technology, the eating, wearing, living, traveling, educating, and entertaining will all become more and more convenient, yet many disadvantaged minority will fall into a difficult position with the digital drop height of eras due to the lack of resources and the technology background. In this study, assisted by supported employment organizations for mental illness, we focus on the mobile application what they need. The new invention of assistive technology device can be used in Taipei rapid transit system. The device allows mental illness to effectively utilize public transportation for daily commute, also make a contribution to the hard working job coach and the family member to track the handset position by the browser in an efficient and convenient way.
