奈米銀粒子製備及其抗菌之研究

Preparation and Antibacterial Effect of Silver Nanoparticles

摘要


中文摘要 本實驗利用化學還原法來製備奈米銀粒子,並且探討保護劑與還原劑對奈米粒徑的影響,而當加入較高劑量的PVP,所得到奈米銀粒子的粒徑變小,當加入較高劑量的NaBH4,所得到奈米銀粒子的粒徑更小。所製備之奈米銀粒子溶液經穿透式電子顯微鏡、紫外光-可見光光譜分析儀及動態雷射粒徑量測儀等儀器設備量測銀粒子與其粒徑之大小及分佈。在抗菌實驗中,針對二種不同之菌株:大腸桿菌及金黃色葡萄球菌進行實驗。測試結果亦證明此產物具有抗菌能力,對於大腸桿菌抗菌效果較好,對金黃色葡萄球菌抗菌能力較差。

英文摘要 Stable Ag nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction. When the reduction is performed in the presence of higher PVP contents, the mean diameter of the silver ion-containing Ag nanoparticles decreased. When the reduction is performed in the presence of higher NaBH4 contents, the mean diameter of the silver ion-containing Ag nanoparticles decreased. The as-synthesized Ag nanoparticles were characterized using transmission electron microscope (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and UV–vis spectroscopy (UV–vis). The antibacterial properties of the Ag anoparticles were investigated Escherichia coli. and Salmonella enterica. As results, Ag nanoparticles having greater bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli., and worser bactericidal activity against Staphylococcus aureus .
