本論文研究目的在於利用一微控制器(Megawin 82G516)與2.4GHz無線收發晶片組(nRF24L01),整合三種不同感測器讀出電路系統,並結合商用殘餘氯測定儀(RC-24P),開發一套應用於水質監測之無線感測器網路系統。 本文感測器系統包含ISFET離子訊號讀出電路、複合式差分電極之氫離子與溫度讀出電路三種讀出電路,利用MCU整合於同一感測節點上,並利用nRF24L01晶片組建置無線感測網路系統。本系統可處理酸鹼度、溫度、自由殘餘氯離子三種參數,而每個感測節點可直接或經由路由器將數據回傳至接收端,並使用LABVIEW人機介面進行接收並記錄感測結果。 無線感測節點結合商用RC-24P自由餘氯測定儀與完成三通道類比訊號輸入;三通道包含ISFET氫離子訊號讀出、複合式差分電極氫離子與溫度訊號讀出,並進行三點校正程式,可因應ISFET感測器製程造成ISFET靈敏度不同之問題,結合不同ISFET感測器以作測量,並於感測端節點即時顯示量測結果於LCD面板上。
The main purpose of this research is to develop a wireless sensor network system for water quality monitoring. The system is an integration of three different sensor readout circuits and the commercial residual chlorine analyzer (RC-24P) using a microcontroller (Megawin 82G516) and a 2.4GHz wireless transceiver chipset (nRF24L01). The three different sensor readout circuits are consist of ion ISFET readout circuit, differential electrode composite hydrogen ion and temperature readout circuit. These sensors can handle three parameters: pH, temperature and free residual chlorine ions. The output of the readout circuits are connected to the sensor nodes of a single MCU. Then, the nRF24L01 chipset is used to wirelessly transmit the data, directly or indirectly through a router, to the receiver. The data is received by the LABVIEW user interface, which receives and records the sensor results. The wireless sensor network system, three-channel analog inputs, is combined with a commercial RC-24P Residual Chlorine Meter. The three-channel contains the ISFET readout of hydrogen ions, hydrogen ions composite electrode and the temperature differential readout. The additional parameters are used for correcting the measurements of the ISFET sensor, since ISFET has sensitivity on these parameters. Moreover, each sensor node terminals is equipped with an LCD panel display to monitor the results in real-time.
