地下水庫截水牆分析探討

摘要


摘 要 地下水庫是利用地層中天然含水層攔截及調蓄地下逕流的水資源開發工程。本文將探討地下水庫的基本概念、地下水庫的開發模擬等,並以東莒島大坪地下水庫規劃案之現況說明。 東莒島位處馬祖列島之最南側,水利署水規所為因應目標民國110年該島供水缺口之風險,於民國95年起執行「馬祖地區地下水資源調查規劃」及民國96年「澎湖與馬祖地區地下水資源調查規劃(2)」。規劃中發現東莒島大坪地區之地表入滲甚佳,若能配合地形設置地下截水牆以攔蓄原本匯流出海之地下水,將可提高地下水抽取量。 本研究於民國97年起進行地表地質調查、地質鑽探、地表入滲實驗、土樣物理試驗。配合地下水位長期觀測,以瞭解地下水位變化,同時進行現地抽水試驗、微水試驗等,據以推估場址之水文地質參數。地下水庫依前述調查資料,包括集水區範圍、土地利用、歷年降雨紀錄及現地飽和入滲率與降雨入滲係數分析等資料,使用GMS介面之FEMWATER模式,進行該區域之地下水水理現象模擬。根據截水牆設置後之地下水水理模擬結果顯示,可推估開發前後地下水之穩定出水量,據以評估地下水庫之開發成效。根據模式模擬可知截水牆設置可使截水牆上游水位上升約1公尺,顯示截水牆設置有其成效。

Abstract Groundwater reservoir is a kind of water resource development construction which is to cut off and store the groundwater runoff in the aquifer. In this study, the basic concept and developed simulation of groundwater reservoir were expected to discuss. And also the Da-Ping groundwater reservoir in Dong-Ju Island area was taken as a case study. Dong-Ju Island is located in the most south part of Matsu Islands. In order to solve the risk of water shortage of Matsu area in 2021, the Water Resource Planning Institute (Water Resource Agency) carried out two projects: "Groundwater Resources Planning Matsu" in 2006 and "Penghu and Matsu in Groundwater Resource Inventory and Planning (2)" in 2007. The two projects revealed that there is a great surface infiltration of Da-Ping area in Dong-Ju Island. If it is possible to set up the cutoff wall at the path of groundwater runoff near the coast area, the amount of groundwater can increase. Therefore, this study focused on the estimation of establishing the groundwater reservoir and analyzed the possibility among the development conditions. In the research, the hydrology geological parameters were estimated for the test field. The estimation depended on the experiments and investigations from 2008. The experiments included: surface infiltration experiment, physical test of soil samples, pumping test and slug test. The investigations included: surface geological investigation, geological drilling and groundwater level observation. Besides, the FEMWATER model (GMS interface) was used in groundwater hydraulic simulation according to those experiments, investigations and also the basic data (i.e., basin area, land usage, rainfall records, field saturated infiltration rate and rainfall infiltration coefficient analysis). The simulation results show that the stable yields were estimated before and after setting up the cutoff wall. This study provided a way in assessing the effectiveness of groundwater reservoir.
