本研究旨在探討植基於Social Learning 2.0概念之社交學習系統2.0(Social Learning 2.0 Learning System, S2L2)運用於大學專業科目課程,以學生進步幅度與學習歷程進行學習成效分析,探討S2L2是否對學習有正面影響。本研究先彙整社交學習2.0與教學之相關理論,說明社交學習2.0的基礎架構;接著以「準實驗設計」,利用具有社交學習概念之社交學習系統2.0進行為期六週之教學應用實驗,實驗結束後蒐集學習者的學習資料做差異分析,藉以比較社交學習2.0概念與傳統教學平台成效之優劣;同時透過訪談、社交學習2.0滿意度問卷來瞭解實驗組學習者使用社交學習系統2.0後之感受。本研究發現: 1. 使用社交學習系統2.0對學習成效有正面的影響。 2. 影響學習成效之功能依序為:討論板、即時交談、影片分享、電子白板、標籤列表、維基、部落格視訊會議及搜尋引擎,顯示藉由社交軟體擴大學習者討論的範圍、增加溝通討論的機會對於學習成效之影響最為相關。 3. 在社交學習系統2.0系統滿意度方面,其各構面平均數介於3.96和4.15之間,滿意度由高至低依序為集體、網路與群組,整體而言S2L2系統所設計的群組、網路、集體三方面之功能,皆讓學習者感到滿意。 社交學習2.0實踐社交軟體之特色融入教育平台的新興概念,將教育平台結合社交工具將可創造更廣大且多元的學習環境,是值得推廣的創新教育概念模式。
Abstract This study aims to investigate Social Learning 2.0 Learning system upon the concept of social Learning 2.0, which was applied to the professional courses in university and evaluate the learning effect by analyzing the advancement and progress of students for future exploring whether S2L2 has a positive effect on learning. First, we integrated the related theory between Social Learning 2.0 and education to illustrate the basic model of Social Learning 2.0. Based on quasi-experimental designs, Social Learning 2.0 Learning system was used to proceeding educational application for six weeks. Then, we collected the learning data of all students for differential analysis to comparing with the learning effect generated from traditional system and Social Learning 2.0 system, respectively. In the meantime, interview and questionnaire was proceeded to understand the feel of learners who was used the Social Learning 2.0 Learning system. According to the above, we found that 1. There has a positive effect on learning by using Social Learning 2.0 Learning system. 2. The orders of the influence of learning effect are discussion boards, instant chat, video sharing, whiteboard, tag list, wiki, video conferencing and search engine. 3. For the system satisfaction, the average of each dimensions are between 3.96 and 4.15. Social Learning 2.0 is a novel concept which can combine with education and provide multiple learning environment. The proposed model can be now successfully applied in innovative education mode.
