本研究中主要改善研究室先前研發之顫振、刃口積屑診斷系統,提出一種 等分方法來提前預測出異常情形的診斷方法,使預測更有效率達到提前預警異 常的功能。研究中採用LabVIEW圖控軟體來撰寫智慧型切削診斷系統之人機介 面。顫振診斷主要是計算在每秒即時擷取的振動訊號中,各分段振動量是否有 漸增放大的趨勢和振動頻率是否落於每刃通過頻率之倍頻,來預測顫振是否發 生;顫振抑制方法則以改變主軸轉速方式來避開共振;刃口積屑診斷則判斷每 刃通過頻率是否依積屑刃數呈現比例降低和觀察切削振動增加量的方式,診斷 發生刃口積屑時,系統將即時連接CNC控制器進行停機控制。經由實驗驗證較 先前的診斷系統和本研究所發展診斷系統,在顫振的抑制尚可提早快約1~2秒即 時抑制,可提高切削效率和加工精度品質。
An average division method which can more early predict the occurrence of cutting chatter and Built-Up-Edge (BUE) for better pre-warning capability than the previous developed system was developed in this study. Friendly man-machine interface was written LabVIEW. The cutting vibration signal was collected in every second and divided into several pieces. Chatter diagnosis is based on the increase trend of each 4 consecutive divided signals. Adjusting spindle speed was used to suppress the cutting chatter. Diagnosis of BUE is based on whether the frequency of vibration signals decrease proportionally to the number of the cutting edges having BUE. When BUE occurs, the system will instantly send command to the CNC controller to stop the machine for cutter change. Experiment results have shown the developed system can detect the abnormality 1-2 seconds earlier than the previous system.
