近年來空氣品質不佳,國人因呼吸性疾病而需要使用呼吸器的病人不斷增多。國內健保一直處於左支右絀的情況,各大醫院為了節省開銷不斷地縮減人力,造成呼吸性疾病患者無法得到最好的照護。有鑑於此,本研究利用無線網路搭配無線傳輸裝置建置呼吸照護雲端資訊系統。簡化臨床人員手操紀錄的標準流程,讓呼吸性疾病患者得到較好的照護。 本研究成功製作Wi-Fi無線傳輸裝置連接於呼吸器上。Wi-Fi無線傳輸裝置接收到呼吸器數值後會透過院內的無線網路自動將資料上傳至醫院伺服器資料庫並與醫院資訊系統整合,使呼吸治療師能使用原本就很熟悉的住院系統來查看患者使用呼吸器的即時狀況。一方面降低手工藤寫紀錄錯誤的機會,同時讓呼吸治療師有更多且完整的呼吸器使用參數,有效的提升醫療照護品質。
For the past decade, due to air quality degradation, the respiratory diseases have increased dramatically. Hence the demand for the respirators and the cost for respiratory treatment are both elevated. In order to reduce the medical treatment cost, using the information and communication technology to manage respiratory patient care became a necessary approach. This research is aimed to build a Respiratory Care Cloud Information System to assist the medical staffs to take care respiratory patients in a timely and effective fashion. This research successfully implemented a Wi-Fi transmission device to link respirators. The device can acquire respirator setting, status, and waveform and generate a unified respiratory care data packet. The packet can be delivered to hospital information system (HIS) through wired and wireless communication channels. The fusion of respiratory information can assist respiratory therapists directly access the patients’ physical data, view the real-time status of the respirators and provide the best treatment arrangement. Results shows the system can improve the respiratory care quality and efficiency.
