建置政府鏈結開放資料的雛型平台

Building a prototyping platform of open government linked data

摘要


本研究有政府開放資料平台為資料基礎,來建置鏈結資料,由於政府開放資料平台網站上資料筆數非常多,所以將選定資料集來做應用,其中本研究設計包括:(1) 轉換RDF-based,進行資源描述框架(Resource Description Framework, RDF)的資料形式轉換;(2) 建置鏈結資料,建立語意網的鏈結資料(Linked Data, LD)技術;(3) 建立以RDF-Based為基礎的雛型平台。研究結果顯示,現在我國開放資料平台的資源廣泛,如果未來將平台上的資源都轉換為RDF型態,那不管是對於政府還是私人機構及研究團體,將會是一大助力簡化了許多在蒐集、整理的步驟,並且未來跟各國有通用詞會將會收穫很多。

In this study, the government's open data platform is used as the data base to build link data. Since the number of data on the government open data platform website is very large, the data set will be selected for application. The research design includes: (1) conversion RDF-based, data format conversion of Resource Description Framework (RDF); (2) construction of link data, establishment of Linked Data (LD) technology; (3) establishment of RDF -Based prototype platform. The research results show that the resources of China's open data platform are now extensive. If the resources on the platform are converted into RDF type in the future, whether it is for the government or the private sector and the research group, it will be a great help to simplify many collections. The steps to organize, and the future will have a lot of common words with countries.
