應用BIM建構居家空間室內智慧履歷

摘要


建築資訊模型 (Building Information Modeling,簡稱BIM)的新概念新技術,具有高效能、精確度高、同步化的技術變革,且具有連結3D即時分析的能力,對於建築生命週期之規劃、設計、施工、營運、維護管理與拆除,提供最佳的技術整合與訊息記錄。然而,目前BIM的概念與技術,仍普遍以建築應用為主,在室內設計領域與居家空間智慧履歷應用極少。因此,本研究企圖為住安問題提供一份居家智慧履歷證明;其功能如房屋所有權狀與健保卡一般,記錄居家設備所有資訊,包含:完整室內裝修材料、管線設備、保固合約、竣工圖與相關維護文件。主要研究目的為:如何導入BIM於室內設計領域,建構室內空間從設計、模擬、發包、施工到竣工之專案紀錄,產出一份完整的竣工圖說,亦即,建立一份「居家空間室內智慧履歷」,做為居家多方面管理應用之依據。研究方法為:將BIM導入二個住宅專案,建構模擬分析,針對不同階段建立完整的分析圖說,再經由比較、討論,得到以下3點結論:(1)室內設計領域建構智慧履歷之目的;(2)室內設計所需之智慧履歷內容與交付項目;(3)建築與室內設計領域BIM合約成本比較,最終證明BIM應用於室內設計領域是可行的。

Building Information Modeling (BIM) with high performance, high accuracy and synchronization is a new concept and technological change. It has the ability to provide instant 3D analysis and provides the best technological integration and record for the planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance management and demolition of the building life cycle. However, the current BIM concept and technology is still mainly used in architecture, the application to interior design and residence smart trace ability is limited. Therefore, this study attempts to build a residential smart tracer, to increase residential security. The smart tracer functions like a house ownership certificate or a health insurance card, recording all home equipment information, including interior decoration materials, pipeline equipment, warranty contracts, the completion drawing and other related maintenance documents. The main purpose of this study is to apply BIM in the field of interior design, and by taking the project records of interior design including design, simulation, contracting, construction and completion to produce a completion drawing. That is, establishing a "residential smart tracer", to be used for residential management. The research method involves applying BIM to two residential projects, constructing a simulation analysis, establishing a complete analysis diagram for different stages, and then by comparing and discussing to acquire the following three conclusions: (1) the purpose of constructing the residential smart tracer in the interior design field; (2) the items and contents of smart trace ability required for interior design; and (3) comparing the cost of BIM contract in the architecture and interior design field, proving that BIM is feasible in the field of interior design.
