使用聊天機器人實作企業流程

摘要


近年來,資訊科技的快速發展、人工智慧的興起,使得聊天機器人的應用更加的廣泛、使用率更加的提升,再加上通訊軟體的普遍性,因此,越來越多公司、商家利用跟聊天機器人整合來推廣行銷,使得應用日益增加。 在這樣的趨勢下,各家公司、企業、廠商都為了追求方便性,在各個方面使用聊天機器人,因此,思考到在企業當中有許多申請流程,如果能直接利用通訊軟體進行申請,甚至查找規定也直接詢問,那這樣可以提升很多便利性。 本論文使用IBM的Watson Assistant設計整個對話流程,再利用Node.js串接LINE介面,讓使用者藉由通訊軟體來使用。目前階段展示以請假流程為代表,跳出請假表單,以及請假規定的詢問、點選按鈕的詢問,下一階段的目標希望能連接使用者的開會行程,讓使用者請假的時候能提醒他有沒有會議,才不會有遺漏的可能性,使整個請假系統更便利。

In recent years, information technology is advancing rapidly and artificial intelligence is becoming more and more popular. As a result, applications of chatbots are more and more widespread and their usage rates are steadily increasing. Because communication software are very common nowadays, more and more companies and businesses are integrating chatbots into their systems. Consequently, types of chatbots applications are growing day by day. Following the present trend, every company, business or enterprise is trying to provide more convenience to their workers. Each organization usually has a large number of workflows. If we are able to implement these workflows using chatbots, then users can utilize these workflows and query for various information through the use of chatbots and hence improve the user friendliness of enterprise systems considerably. In this thesis, we will design dialogs using IBM Watson Assistant. Then use Node.js to connect to the LINE interface to facilitate the use of the dialogs through communication software. At the present stage, we will start by considering the “Leave or absent” workflow. The chatbots will be able to open an application form, provide leave requirements and also buttons for selecting dialog options. In the next stage, we would like to integrate with the user’s meeting schedule so that user can make sure the scheduled on leave will not be conflicting with any existing meeting arrangement, and thus elevating the friendliness of the workflow system to another level.
