近年來各大車廠皆以發展無人駕駛車做為主要的努力方向之一,無人駕駛車的技術主要可分為四個區塊: 環境感測、定位、路徑規劃以及車輛控制。其中的感測系統乃是藉由感測器回應給車輛電腦的資料,讓無人駕駛車能夠機接受到車輛周遭的狀況進行輔助控制與警示的作用。 然而根據由英特爾贊助針對日本與亞太地區的調查顯示,受訪民眾對無人駕駛車都有高度的認知。不開車的民眾對於無人駕駛車的興趣遠超過開車的民眾,代表消費者對無人駕駛車的購置與搭乘有極大的興趣,透過關於購買車輛之文獻建構出較為重要之因素去詢問專家及消費者,並整理出最具關鍵的幾項準則進行建議與探討。 本研究透過文獻回顧與先進駕駛輔助系統的文章期刊發展出各準則之問卷進行重要度評分,透過「德爾菲法」進行專家問卷訪談,以不記名方式反覆進行問卷填答,並回收彙整全部專家的意見,達成專家群體間之共識。 然而本研究彙整出無人駕駛車選購時「品牌」、「價格」均對其他準則有顯著的影響,更以「價格」最為突出,代表消費者在選購無人駕駛車時更看重「價格」的影響度,而價格也接連影響了「結構安全」,在先進駕駛輔助系統這個部分「主動車距控制巡航(Adaptive Cruise Control)」、「車道偏離警示(Lane Departure Warning)」、「汽車防撞(Collision avoidance)」為主要的影響要素,綜合以上研究結果,希望能提供給汽車廠未來技術及安全發展策略上有明顯的幫助。
In recent years, major automakers have been making great effort to develop autonomous vehicle. The technology of it mainly falls into four segments: environment perception, location system, path planning and vehicle control. The perception system responds to the vehicle computer by sensor, so that the autonomous vehicle can receive the information around it for auxiliary control and warning. According to a survey sponsored by Intel for Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, the respondents have a high level of perception to autonomous vehicle. People who don’t drive are more interested in autonomous vehicle than those who do, showing consumers with great interest in the purchase and boarding of autonomous vehicle. Going through documents related to the car purchase, this study inquire experts as well as consumers to sort out the most critical criteria for suggestion and discussion. Through documents and articles of the advanced driver assistance system, the questionnaires of the criteria are developed to evaluate its importance. Adopting “Delphi Method”, experts are interviewed, and the questionnaires were repeated in an anonymous manner till all the expert opinions are collected to reach a consensus among the expert groups. In this study, "brand" and "price" of autonomous vehicle have a significant impact on other criteria. "Price" is the most prominent, which reflecting that, for consumers, price is the most important when purchasing autonomous vehicle. Price has also affected "structural safety" in purchasing the advanced driver assistance system features, such as "Adaptive Cruise Control", "Lane Departure Warning", "Collision Avoidance". Concluding the above research results, this study hopes to provide automobile manufacturers with practical assistance to future technology and safety development strategy.
