心流對自我療癒力之成效:以著色畫為介入工具

摘要


本研究旨在探討以著色畫為介入工具,心流對自我療癒力之成效。研究目包括:一、研究著色畫是否為能使國中生進入相等程度的心流狀態;二、研究進行著色畫活動是否能讓自我療癒力增加;三、探討心流與自我療癒力之關係。   研究採單一受試實驗研究設計,受試者為桃園市國中生,研究工具使用自我療癒力量表、流暢狀態量表與著色畫。研究共分為兩階段,第一階段為短期組實驗,受試者為143名,全班進行一節課的著色畫活動以檢驗量表是否適用於國中生。研究結果顯示本研究使用之量表於國中生皆具有可接受之信效度;第二階段為長期組實驗,受試者為83名,以進行連續五天之著色畫活動來檢測自我療癒力的變化與著色時的沉浸心流程度。經過分析與討論,根據研究結果得到以下的結論: 一、國中生比起只進行一次著色畫活動,連續進行活動能更沉浸在心流中。 二、國中生投入著色畫活動後,其心流程度不具有差異性。 三、國中生可以使用著色畫來提升自我療癒力。 四、越沉浸心流狀態,自我療癒力的變化越大。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of flow on self-healing power with coloring as an Intervening tool. The research items include: 1. To study whether coloring can make junior high school students enter the same degree of flow; 2. To study whether coloring activity can increase self-healing power; 3. To explore the relationship between flow and self-healing relationship.   The study adopted a single subject experimental design. The subjects were junior high school students in Taoyuan City. The research tools used self-healing power scale, flow state scale and coloring. The study is divided into two phases. The first phase is a short-term group experiment with 143 subjects. The whole class conducts a class of coloring activities to test whether the scale is applicable to junior high school students. The results of the study show that the scale used in this study has acceptable reliability and validity for junior high school students; the second phase is a long-term group experiment, with 83 subjects, and five consecutive days of coloring activities to detect the self-healing power's change and the degree of flow during coloring. After analysis and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained based on the research results: 1. Junior high school students can be more immersed in the flow by performing the activity continuously rather than performing only one coloring activity. 2. After Junior high school students participate in coloring activities, there is no difference in the degree of flow. 3. Junior high school students can use coloring to enhance self-healing power. 4. The more immersed in the state of flow, the greater the change in self-healing power.
