現今時代,世界各國大力發展綠色能源,進行節能減碳,LED照明為一種革命性節能省電的照明能源,並且正快速發展融入人們生活。本論文LED球泡燈採用非隔離式定電流驅動,此種驅動方式為一種未採用高頻變壓器,並使用少數電子元件所組成的驅動電路。用於LED球泡燈具有內部空間及製造成本會優於一般市售隔離式LED球泡燈的優點,針對於我們要開發低功率高流明LED球泡燈有很大幫助,並利用LED進行串並聯方式,以達到LED最大數量利用率,為了使設計的產品能符合目前現有市場上規格,因此我們會利用積分球光譜流明測量系統與配光曲線儀進行LED球泡燈光學特性與電氣特性量測以及溫升量測實驗。並與市售LED燈泡進行比較,結果顯示我們研究設計LED球泡燈擁有較高發光效率與節能特性,也有將整體LED球泡燈溫度下降至100度內。 關鍵字:隔離型驅動器、非隔離型驅動器、LED燈泡、發光效率。
In the context of green energy vigorous developing and energy saving for CO2 emission reduction by all countries around the world, LED illumination is growing at an alarming speed as a revolutionary energy-saving power. Non-isolated LED bulb driven by constant current falls into a category of driving current which comprises a few of electronic components and does not contain high-frequency transformer. It results in superior interior space and manufacturing cost in contract to commercial isolated LED bulb, and largely assisting us to develop LED bulb with low power and high lumen. The system employs non-isolated constant-current technology to support LED bulb and takes advantage of series-parallel connection to maximize LED amounts. However, our product should be designed in line with the spec prevailing on the market, so integrating sphere spectrum luminous measurement system and goniophotometer are used to measure optical and electrical properties of the LED bulb. Compared with commercial LED bulbs, our product is characterized by higher lighting efficiency and energy saving, as well as the inclination to reduce overall temperature of the LED bulb.
