台灣橡膠產業與富全橡膠的未來策略

摘要


台灣的橡膠產業於日據時期開始萌芽,隨著時代的轉變與經濟的發展,產品項目從簡單的製品逐漸進化到精密製品。由於橡膠產業屬於密集勞力需求行業,自80年代大陸改革開放後,放眼大陸市場之商機,台灣大部分的橡膠產業紛紛將製造基地移往中國大陸各地,富全橡膠工業股份有限公司亦在此列之中。 本研究探討台灣中小型橡膠產業的發展歷程,以及富全橡膠在市場激烈的競爭中,能否走出一條生存之道。個人做為富全公司第二代的經營接班人,已領導公司二十年有餘,除繼續堅持第一代創業者的企業初衷外,更身負公司傳承與企業發揚的重責,期待本研究結果能在日益艱難的經營環境中給予後繼之公司領導人有份光明的藍圖與方向的指引。

The sprouting years of Taiwan’s rubber industry were during the Japanese occupation period. Through the years of generation change and economic development, its product categories have evolved from primitive products to more sophisticated and cosmopolitan ones. Due to the labor intensive nature of this industry, in the 1980’s, with its vast market potential and low cost labor, China attracted a majority of Taiwan’s rubber industry players to relocate their manufacturing bases there. Friendship Rubber also made the same move. This report attempts to explore the development history of Taiwan’s small-medium size players as well as Friendship Rubber’s potential for sustainable growth in the midst of fierce market competition. Author of this report is the second generation of original Friendship Rubber’s owner and has been running the company for more than 20 years. I have the responsibility of sustaining the aspiration and value of the original owner as well as the duty to strive for company’s continuity and future growth. It is hoped that the conclusion of this report will provide the future management a clear defined strategy map and a bright future in an increasingly difficult operation environment.
