本研究旨在探討桃園市國中教師工作壓力、組織公民行為與工作滿意度之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關,並瞭解三者間的因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以106學年度桃園市60所公立國民中學教師為本研究母群體,以普查方式進行,抽取 707位教師為研究樣本,以自編之「桃園市國中教師工作壓力、組織公民行為與工作滿意度」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數考驗、變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中教師工作壓力現況達到「中低」的程度;教師組織公民行為現況達到「高」的程度;教師工作滿意度現況達到「中高」的程度。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對教師工作壓力、組織公民行為與工作滿意度有所差異。 三、國中教師工作壓力與組織公民行為為低度負相關;國中教師組織公民行為與工作滿意度為中度正相關;國中教師工作壓力與工作滿意度為中度負相關。 四、國中教師工作壓力、組織公民行為與工作滿意度間具有因果關係,組織公民行為是國中教師工作壓力與工作滿意度的中介變項。
This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect amongteachers' job stress, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction in Taoyuan country. The method, involving the questionnaire surveyis survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 707 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of independent t-test, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. The level of junior high school teachers' job stress below average;organizational citizenship behavior is above high;job satisfaction is above averge in Taoyuan. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in teachers’ job stress, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. 3.There is a significantly negative correlation between teachers’ job stress, and organizational citizenship behavior. And there is a positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. However there is a significantly negative correlation between teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction. 4.“Organizational citizenship behavior” is a moderate variable between junior high school teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction.
