室內設計技能檢定與業界所需專業知能關係研究

摘要


室內設計乙級技能檢定考試是目前國內室內設計業界取得專業設計證照的唯一途徑,然而發展至今,取得室內設計專業證照後是否真正符合室內設計業界所需專業知能之標準與期待?實值得重視與檢討。本研究以專家訪談法及問卷調查法,探討室內設計乙級技能檢定考試與業界所需的專業知能之間的關係。主要研究目的包括: 1、分析室內設計技能檢定試題內容及試題所反映的能力。 2、探討室內設計技能檢定考試與業界所需專業知能之間的關係。 3、探討室內設計從業人員對室內設計技能檢定考試的認知與看法。 本研究針對具有室內設計乙級證照之專業設計人員、室內設計公司的主管、經營者及室內設計證照教學老師等進行訪談及問卷調查,歸納分析具體結果如下: 1、業界較重視的室內設計專業知能調查結果為:具備專案管理的整合能力、具備溝通協調的能力、具備電腦繪圖操作能力及具備室內設計相關的專業知識等。 2、業界選擇新進人員所重視的能力調查結果為:設計作品集表現專業、測試電腦繪圖操作熟練度、工作態度是優先考量及工作經驗及相關科系會優先錄用等。 業界專家一致認為「擁有證照是有加分作用,但不是絕對錄用的因素」。 3、室內設計技能檢定試題能力所呈現的專業知能項目與業界所需的專業知能項目,符合最相關的內容為:空間使用者的行為及其特性、設計思考程序與設計工具的應用、空間構成元素的了解和分析、住宅規劃與設計之基本知能、色彩理論的知識、空間照明規劃與設計、以草圖、泡泡圖方式呈現設計概念、室內設計圖說之繪製、大樣詳圖的繪製、建築物室內裝修管理辦法的了解與應用、施工流程及進度表之編製、創新思考、創意發展與創新設計等。 4、室內設計從業人員對室內設計技能檢定考試的看法:可建立室內設計技術人員的專業形象、作為合法執業的憑證、提昇室內設計技術人員的技能水準、學校教育鼓勵在學學生踴躍參加考試、擁有證照對畢業生具有相當的競爭力、政府規定要申請裝修審查、自我專業肯定增加客戶信任度、業界重視程度還有待努力。 最後,本研究依據研究結果對室內設計乙級技能檢定證照考試之建議為:考試題目應與實務結合、增加技能檢定分層分級推動室內設計技師國考、限制室內設計技能檢定報考資格及政府落實產業管理加強宣導等。

The indoor design B-level skills test is the only way for the domestic interior design industry to obtain professional design licenses. However, has it been developed to the standards and expectations of the professional design knowledge required by the interior design industry after obtaining the indoor design professional license? It is worthy of attention and review. This study explores the relationship between the indoor design level B skill test and the professional knowledge required by the industry by means of expert interviews and questionnaires. The main research objectives include: 1. Analyze the content of the interior design skills test questions and the abilities reflected in the test questions. 2.Discuss the relationship between the interior design skills test and the professional knowledge required by the industry. 3.Discuss the perceptions and opinions of interior design practitioners on the indoor design skills test. This study conducted interviews and questionnaire surveys for professional designers with interior design B-level licenses, supervisors of interior design companies, operators and interior design license teachers. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The survey results of the interior design professional knowledge that the industry pays more attention to are: the ability to integrate project management, the ability to communicate and coordinate, the ability to computer graphics, and the expertise related to interior design. 2. The results of the survey of the ability of the industry to select new recruits are: design portfolio professional, test computer graphics operation proficiency, work attitude is a priority consideration and work experience and related departments will be preferred.Industry experts agree that "having a license has a plus effect, but it is not an absolute factor." 3.The professional knowledge project presented by the indoor design skills test questions and the professional knowledge projects required by the industry are in line with the most relevant content: the behavior and characteristics of the space users, the application of design thinking programs and design tools, and the spatial composition. Elemental understanding and analysis, basic knowledge of residential planning and design, knowledge of color theory, spatial lighting planning and design, presentation of design concepts in sketches, bubble diagrams, drawing of interior design drawings, drawing of large-scale drawings, construction The understanding and application of the interior decoration management methods, the preparation of the construction process and schedule, innovative thinking, creative development and innovative design. 4.The opinion of the interior design practitioners on the interior design skills examination:the professional image of the interior design technicians can be established, the vouchers for legal practice, the skill level of the interior design technicians, and the school education encourage students to take the exams actively. Having licenses is quite competitive for graduates, government regulations require application for renovation review, self-professional affirmation to increase customer trust, and industry attention. Finally, based on the research results, the recommendations for the indoor design B-level skills certification test are: the examination questions should be combined with practice, increase the skill verification hierarchical classification to promote the interior design technicians national examination, limit the qualification of indoor design skills examination and the government to implement Industrial management strengthens advocacy and so on.
