研究背景與動機，讓人們找回真實的自己。物質文明的進步，變化快速的今天，靈
魂跟不上身體的腳步，面對身份多樣的自己，哪一個才是真實的我自己? !我想，是現
今多數人都面臨的迷濛和迷惘，人文素養與領導在清楚脈絡的文獻整理後，理應被正視，
並成為生活中落實的顯學。在這充滿危機感的新世代裡，相信是能讓我們重新拾回內心
最簡單幸福快樂的神奇魔法鑰匙!神奇魔法鑰匙打開了心門，用心眼看的世界，眼前的
世界立即不同。頭腦投射的世界是虛幻的，透過意識的淨化，讓本心自然浮現，也就是
找回真實的自己。面對真實的自己，自然有無限的可能，光和愛本來就是內在既有存在
的本質，自然會帶領企業在全新商業模式的 VUCA 烏卡世界裡，走出不同以往的全新道
路。

Research background and motivation, let people find their true self. With the advancement of material civilization and rapid changes today, the soul cannot keep up with the pace of the body. Facing a diverse self, which one is the real self?! I think it is the confusion and delusion that most people are facing nowadays. After clearing the context of the literature, humanistic literacy and leadership should be treated squarely and become a prominent learning in life. In this new generation full of crisis, I believe it is the magical key that allows us to regain the simplest happiness in our hearts! The magical key opens the door to the heart. The world we see with our heart is immediately different. The world projected by the brain is illusory. Through the purification of consciousness, let the original mind emerge naturally, which is to find the true self. Facing the true self, there are naturally unlimited possibilities. Light and love are inherently the essence of existing existence. They will naturally lead the company to take a new path different from the past in the VUCA world of a new business model.
