建構設計品質保證之流程—以電子化學品光阻劑為例

摘要


隨著全球競爭越來越劇烈,企業必須以最快的方式推出新產品,但是往往為了追求速度,卻在開發過程中忽視了品質的根本問題,導致量產時發生許多問題,因此本研究為了確保一次就能做好的成果下,以汽車產業在新產品開發時所使用的先期產品品質規劃(Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP)為基礎,建構出設計品質保證(Design Quality Assurance, DQA)流程,定義出各階段細部工作項目,經由開發電子化學品光阻劑(Photoresist)實際案例驗證,並與案例公司員工做深度訪談(In-depth Interview)後,可證實本研究所建構之流程可有效縮短開發時程而且更符合實際狀況,可供電子化學品業界導入應用。

In the competitive environment, companies launch new products as soon as possible required by customers including quality and cost. There are many design and quality issues in new product development process. In order to avoid the problems, this research proposes a design quality assurance (DQA) process which details the work and criteria at each design stage based on advanced product quality planning (APQP) of the automobile industry. Finally, this paper uses an example “the photoresist of the electronic chemicals industry” to illustrate the feasibility of this DQA process and its advantages such as shortening the product development time by in-depth interview.
