跨組織間的關係究竟是競爭?抑是合作?一直以來都是企業關注的問題,並且考驗著每一位企業管理者的智慧。過去,組織可能採取競爭方式爭取資源,以尋求組織生存利基;今日,為了彌補價值鏈活動上的不足,組織可能需依賴外部組織的資源,對外建立合作關係,共創資源,以鞏固市場地位。換言之,企業並非一獨立的個體,彼此間實存在著相互依賴的關係,任何一個企業均無法獨立思考策略課題,而必須同時考量組織間的關係變化。因此,重視組織間關係的維持,並且追求雙贏互惠已是目前趨勢。 本研究旨在探討,跨組織間知識的外溢將如何影響組織間的學習競賽,以及在關係風險發生變化下,學習競賽會如何影響聯盟廠商間知識外溢發揮之動態過程。在研究方法上,採取質性研究之個案研究法,以跨組織合作案的廠商作為研究對象,針對上述,歸納下列命題:(1)在知識外溢下,焦點廠商的知識接納能力愈高,且聯盟夥伴的知識透明程度愈高時,則有助於聯盟產生學習競賽;(2)在知識外溢下,組織間的關係風險之高低,決定組織間的學習競賽之類型;(3)組織間的學習競賽之類型,將影響組織間的下一回合的知識外溢。
Competing or collaborating among interorganizational relationships is the question that organizations concern. Organizations compete for resource and seek for the niche to survive; however, organizations might rely on resources from other organizations in order to make up the insufficiency in the value chain. They establish cooperate relationship to create synergy so that consolidate their market position. In other words, an organization is not an independent unit; instead, they are interdependence. Every organization cannot make their own strategy independently, on the contrary, they have to consider the change of interorganizational relationships. The main purpose of this paper is to explore how the knowledge spillover influence organizational learning race, and how learning race influence the knowledge spillover when relational risk changes among interorganizational relationships. Qualitative research method is adopted and five dyadic cases are collected. The study proposes the following propositions: (1) in the context of the knowledge spillover, when the focal firm has higher knowledge receptivity and the alliance partner has higher knowledge transparency, it will enhance the learning race between alliance members; (2) in the context of the knowledge spillover, the types of learning race will be determined by interorganizational relational risk; (3) the types of interorganizational learning race will influence the next step of interorganizational knowledge spillover.
