本研究針對光電廠化學槽車進卸料作業人員,進行人為可靠度的評估及改善。研究分為三部分:首先為現場觀察及訪談,藉由了解實際作業並注意員工的失誤動作;第二為問卷分析,主要是要了解員工對於作業中失誤的主觀意見;第三部分則是以人為失誤的評估方法將失誤動作進行定性及定量,並找出失誤率較高的動作進行改善。如何降低人員失誤發生率與提升人員可靠度,是非常重要的課題。 根據問卷分析的結果,工作時間的長短與教育訓練的頻率影響員工的作業失誤最顯著。失誤分析的部分,化學槽車進卸料作業的失誤類型主要是以動作失誤為主(81/109),佔了全部的74.3%。而失誤率預測的部分,評估N-甲基吡咯酮(NMP)卸料作業中,失誤率最高的動作為卸料後檢查所有閥門,失誤率為0.00072;評估氫氧化四甲基銨(TMAH)充填作業中,失誤率最高的動作為司機防護裝備的穿戴,失誤率為0.00096。
This study is to evaluate and improve the human reliability for the people in loading and unloading task of chemical truck. The method is divided into three parts. Part one is to observe the operating environment and have an interview with people to understand the complete operation of loading and unloading task, and notice the failure activities of people. Part two is using questionnaire to survey the error self-knowledge. Part three is using human error analysis approach to define errors in the quantity and quality, and to improve the higher failure rate. According to the questionnaire, the working time and training frequency have significant influence failures. For the failures analysis, the main error of loading and unloading tasks of chemical truck is action error(81/109), occupied 74.3% major part. In the NMP unloading task, the the highest error rate was 0.00072 and the action is checking all the valves after the unloading operation finish. About the TMAH loading task, the the highest error rate was 0.00096 and the action is wearing the protective equipments while the driver works on the chemical truck.
