超低介電常數電活性聚亞醯胺薄膜之製備與性質探討

摘要


本論文利用氧化偶合一步法合成穩定的半氧化半還原態之胺基封端苯胺三聚體(amine-capped aniline trimer; ACAT)並選用非共平面之二酸酐(2,2-bis[4-(dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride,BSAA)進行電活性聚亞醯胺的合成,同時於聚亞醯胺配方中導入適量的1,3-Bis(3-aminopropyl)-tetramethyldisilocane (UCT)調控薄膜之柔靭性。此外,並以用於製備生物支架的粒子浸出(particulate leaching)法製備不同孔隙的電活性聚亞醯胺薄膜。在性質方面,本論文探討具電活性共軛鏈段之ACAT及孔徑大小對材料電活性、熱性質、與介電性質、熱傳導性質之基本特性變化,成功的製備出高Tg(338℃),具備有多孔電活性的聚亞醯胺及具超低介電特性(DK為1.49),低熱傳導係數(0.105 W/mk)之聚亞醯胺薄膜;其薄膜的Tensile Strength(3.47 MPa)及Storage Modulus(301 MPa)等機械性質也隨之降低。

In this study, a non-coplanar dianhydride molecule, 2,2-bis[4- (dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane dianhydride (BSAA) was reacted with emeraldine base (EB) form of amine-capped aniline trimer (ACAT) units to give mechanically enhanced electroactive polyimide (EPI). The 1,3-Bis(3-aminopropyl)- tetramethyldisilocane(UCT) was used to control the toughness of EPI film. In other way, the porous EPI with ultra low dielectric constant was prepared by using particulate leaching method. Different electroactive, thermal properties, thermal conductivity, and dielectric properties were investigated by tuning ACAT and porous size. The electroactive Polyimide with a high Tg (338 ℃), a utral low dielectronic constant (DK 1.49), low thermal conductivity (0.105 W / mk) ; the film Tensile Strength (3.47 MPa) and Storage Modulus (301 MPa) and other mechanical properties is also reduced
