地震對木構建築之影響-以花蓮酒廠及糖廠宿舍之比較

摘要
摘要 台灣於日治時期，曾經發生過多次災情相當慘重的地震，台灣總督府於開始都市計畫法制調查，制定「台灣都市計劃法」。也特別針對災害所引發的建築與都市計劃相關問題的考量「台灣都市計劃令施行細則」 。 而針對木造建築的改善，是以本文採用現存的花蓮酒廠宿舍代表昭和11年(1936年)以前，以及花蓮糖廠宿舍代表昭和11年(1936年)以後的日式建築，對於地震影響的改善，做比較與討論其成效。 本論文共分五章作論述，其章節內容如下： 第一章 緒論 研究的動機與目的，相關文獻的回顧與研究方法。 第二章 歷史背景與法令研究 從台灣日治時期地震的歷史，進而了解法令對於建築規範沿革。 第三章 中部大地震前案例--花蓮酒廠宿舍調查 針對中部大地震前興建而目前留存的花蓮酒廠宿舍，分析建築特色、建築構法及材料，調查建物損壞，以及結構系統的調查與分析。探討原有的建築特色、構法及材料與地震的關係。 第四章 中部大地震後案例--花蓮糖廠宿舍調查 針對中部大地震後興建而目前留存的花蓮糖廠宿舍，分析建築特色、建築構法及材料，調查建物損壞，以及結構系統的調查與分析。探討原有的建築特色、構法及材料與地震的關係。並比較兩處不同時期時期與地震的關係。 第五章 結論與建議 總結地震前後對於花蓮兩處日式傳統宿舍構造、結構及材料上之影響，對日後歷史建築修復品質之建議與方法。

Abstract The effect of earthquake to wooden structure - compare for dormitories in Hua-Lien Brewery and Hua-Lien Sugar Refinery There occurred many devastating earthquakes between 1895 and 1945 when Taiwan was dependency of Japan, , The government started to investigate the urban planning, "Urban Planning in Taiwan. " Also, particularly for disasters caused by issues related to architecture and urban planning considerations "The Urban Planning Act Enforcement Rules of Taiwan ". For the improvement of wooden buildings, this paper is based on the existed Hua-Lien Brewery for the Japanese structure before 1936 and the Hua-Lien Sugar Refinery for after to improve, compare and discuss the effect of earthquake. Summary of the five chapters： I. Introduction Motivation and purpose, review the literatures and the methods of research. II. History investigated and researched Learning more history of Earthquake during 1895 till 1945 to understand the laws of building codes. III. Before the earthquake - Investigated the dormitories of Hua-Lien Brewery According to the Hua-Lien Breweries which is currently built and retained before the earthquake, analyzing the architectural features, structures and materials. Investigated the environment and the damaged of the buildings and analyzed the structures. Discussing the architectural features, structures and materials with the earthquakes. IV. After the earthquake - Investigated the dormitories of Hua-Lien Sugar Refinery According to the Hua-Lien Sugar Refinery which is currently built and retained after the earthquake, analyzing the architectural features, structures and materials. Investigated the environment and the damaged of the buildings and analyzed the structures. Discussing the architectural features, structures and materials with the earthquakes. V. Conclusion and suggestion Summarized the before and after effects of the earthquake Japanese dormitories of Hua-Lien Brewery and Hua-Lien Sugar Refinery for the architectural features, structures and materials. The timber restoration will be conducted, in the historical buildings, according to the above conclusions and suggestions.
