導電高分子複合材之製備及其物性研究

Synthesis and Physical Properties of Conducting Polymer Composites

摘要


本實驗包含三個研究部分,第一部份利用化學方法以3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDOT) 單體聚合成出主鏈型聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩) PEDOT,將PEDOT與適當界面活性劑混合,製備出導電高分子溶液。第二部份將市售PVPAI4083 PEDOT:PSS導電高分子溶液與高分子Poly(ethylene oxide) PEO依不同比例摻混,製得PEDOT/PEO複合材,隨著摻混量增加複合材之熱穩定性略微上升至218.3℃,玻璃轉移溫度略為下降至31.85℃,電阻值仍維持在107Ω/□。而後將PEDOT/PEO複合材與一般高分子塗料(Epoxy) 以適當比例混合,作為導電高分子塗料,隨著添加比例提高熱穩定性上升至294.3℃,而玻璃轉移溫度上升至73.2℃,電阻值上升3 order 至2.4×1010Ω/□。在第三部分,將新力美公司產品AgiSyn 670A2 、AgiSyn 1010、AgiSyn 230A2、AgiSyn 706等與市售PEDOT:PSS依不同重量比摻混成AgiSyn/PEDOT多種複合材,並進行一系列FTIR分析、TGA分析、SEM分析和導電度分析。此外,則是將導電高分子聚苯胺溶液與AgiSyn 238 進行摻混,獲得相當良好之相容性,複合材之導電性隨著聚苯胺含量提高,可作為抗靜電塗料之應用。

In the third part, the commercial PVPAI4083 PEDOT: PSS conducting polymer solution was blended with the AgiSyn polymers. AgiSyn/PEDOT polymer composites were therefore prepared. The thermal stability, compatibility, and conductivity of the polymer composites were studied in detail. In addition, the clay dispersed conducting polymer (polyaniline) was incorporated into the polyurethane matrix. Excellent compatibility was observed for the polyaniline and polyurethane. Conductivity of the polymer composites was increased with increasing the polyaniline content.
