霸凌行為之研究-以聖經中約瑟事件為例
A Study on Bullying Behaviors-A Case of Joseph's Story in the Book of Genesis
摘要
今日的「霸凌」已滲透到社會的每個角落，且在侵蝕人們的心靈，造成人格扭曲，使得人與人之間不信任感增強，彼此間越來越不和諧。如何導正這被毒害的現象，特別是對被霸凌者而言，如何從被霸凌的陰霾中走出是極爲必要。 本論文旨在對被霸凌者給予的心理建設，以聖經創世記的約瑟被霸凌事件做為研究。並以霸凌的先驅學者挪威的Dan Olweus等及國內鄭英耀教授等研究為基礎架構，對「霸凌」的定義、類型、成因、影響等加以闡述，並以聖經中最具典型之一的「約瑟霸凌事件」爲中心，進行分析整理。 重新認識和思考約瑟被霸凌的成因，他是如何面對「手足」和「波提乏婦人」之「霸凌」，認識約瑟被手足霸凌造成心理上負面的影響，藉著上帝的愛除去過去被霸凌的苦毒，而走出被霸凌的陰霾，使得約瑟堅強面對苦難，且能原諒、饒恕和包容兄長們對他過去的陰霾，以此提供有關基督宗教的論點及開啓宗教輔導之路徑。 此論文的研究祈盼教會未來能參與更多校園霸凌防護功能做聯結，或能持續透過訪談舉辦「教會參與校園霸凌防護網絡之角色與功能座談會」，邀請積極參與相關社區服務與社會福利事工的教會代表、學校代表、政府教育部門代表、學區鄰里長代表，一起討論教會透過包括國中得勝者課程、國小品格教育課程、成立「小太陽安親班」（貧困家庭）等，連結教會輔導弱勢同學、寒暑假舉辦青少年特會等管道，參與校園霸凌防護網絡之可能角色與功能，彙整具體方案並從中評估提出短、中、長程建議，真正從基督教信仰來介入對霸凌心理輔導的實質功能。

“Bullying” has penetrated into every corner of today’s society. It is a serious problem damaging people’s minds, causing personality distortion, and has thus created distrust among each other. It is extremely important to lead the society out from the poisons of bullying, and especially essential to help those who have suffered from bullying to find their way back to the normal life. This paper aims to give the psychological construction to those who have been through the shadows of bullying, basing on the study of the story of “Joseph” in the book of Genesis ofThe Bible. This paper has also studied the findings of pioneer scholars such Dr. Dan Olweus of Norway and domestic Professor Yingyao Cheng. This research paper will define the meaning of bullying, identify the different types of bullying, the cause and reasoning behindit, the impact and effect to one’s minds, and finally how to help those who has suffered from bullying. To re-think and re-understanding the reasoning behind the story of “Joseph” would be able to help us understand how he react to the “bullying” from his own brothers and the wife of his own master, Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh. This research will study the negative mental impact to Joseph and how he gets through the bitterness and harshness of bullying and finally completed remove the hatred from his mind by the Love of God. Through the points of the Christianity we will look at how Joseph grew stronger through the shadow of his past and learn how to forget, forgive, and get through the obstacles. I sincerely hope that this research paper will be able to provide a bridge to involve the Churches in Taiwan to be able to corporate with each other to prevent bullying from happening again. By offering the help to the community, consultations to the families, and local workshops to help and mentor the school officials and social workers to help those in need. This report can offer some pointers to the Churches to be more aggressively involving in the government bullying programs and becoming an asset to the schools, community social workers, and the local schools. Unite the Churches to host summer school programs, winter school programs, and involve heavily into the short-term and long-term participation and regulation planning to really help the victims of bullying to get through the shadows through the core believes of the Christianity and The Bible.
