不飽和聚酯與鎂鋁雙氫氧化合物奈米複合材料的製備與性質探討

Preparation and Charaterization of Unsaturated Polyester Derivative/Mg-Al Layered Double Hydroxides Nanocomposites

摘要


本研究主要分兩部分探討分別為不飽和聚酯與環氧樹脂所合成的共聚化合物在化性上的研究以及藉由添加人工層狀雙氫氧化物於不飽和聚酯中所形成的複合材料探討其性質上的研究。故本論文分為兩個部分討論:第一部分的研究著重在不飽和聚酯的單體、環氧樹脂以及共聚合反應後的高分子鍵結鑑定。以傅立葉光譜儀(FT-IR),以及傅立葉轉換-核磁共振儀( FT-NMR)做進一步的檢測。   第二部份的研究著重於以水熱法合成出奈米級的鎂鋁人工層狀雙氫氧化合物,並進行有機化改質,加入Amphoterge K2進行改質,目的是在於提升有機相的高分子基材與無機層狀材料的相容性,並對其進行X光粉末繞射分析儀(XRD)、 傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)、 熱重分析儀(TGA) 的檢測,確認有機分子是否成功的插層進入鎂鋁層狀雙氫氧化物(LDH) 層間中,達到MgAl LDH有機化改質的目的。再將不同比例的人工合成奈米級鎂鋁層狀鎂鋁雙氫氧化物(Layer double hydroxide)以原位聚合法與不飽和聚酯進行反應,使人工層狀鎂鋁雙氫氧化合物在高分子材料中達到奈米級的分散。並針對其奈米複材進行分散性(以X光粉末繞射分析儀、穿透式電子顯微鏡驗證)、熱性質(以熱重分析儀、微分掃描熱卡計檢測)、機械性質(以動態機械分析儀測試)、尺寸安定性(以體積收縮率檢測)、耐燃性質(以極限氧指數、熱釋放速率檢測)、表面螺紋印和表面粗糙度,進行研究探討。

This research is divided into two parts. First, the copolymer polymerization combine unsaturated polyester resin (UP) and epoxy .The monomers and the UP/Epoxy copolymer were characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Fourier Transformed Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (FT -NMR) Spectrometer Second, the nano–scaled layered double hydroxide (LDH) was synthesized under the hydrothermal reaction. The MgAl LDH was modified by using Amphoterge (K2). This method can increase the compatibility with polymer matrix. The morphology of the MgAl LDH-K2 are investigated by wide angle X-rays diffraction (WAXD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) , thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA), and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).Then put different percent MgAl LDH-K2 in unsaturated polyester resin .The MgAl LDH-K2/UP nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polymerization under the N2 condition. The morphologies of MgAl LDH-K2/UP nanocomposites were studied by wide angle X-rays diffraction (WAXD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), Their combustion behavior has been evaluated by using limiting oxygen index (LOI) test and Cone calorimeter. The volume shrinkage property was measured by specific gravity, observe the thread of a screw on Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics ( FRP) surface and the roughness on the FRP.
