4-芳基酚酮類之合成研究

摘要

本研究首先利用溴化反應在 2-甲氧基酚（2-methoxyphenol）的四號位置上接上溴（Br）鹵素原子，接著利用 Suzuki Coupling 鈀催化交叉耦合接上不同芳香基化合物，再以二乙醯氧基碘(III)苯( diacetoxyiodobenzene, DAIB ) 氧化起始物成掩飾鄰苯醌，掩飾鄰苯醌與 Corey-Chaykovsky 試劑反應合成出雙環[4.1.0]庚烯酮化合物，並將其水解、擴環成功得到4-芳基酚酮。

In this study, at first we used bromination to introduct a bromine on the 4-position of 2-methoxy phenol. Then used employed palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling Suzuki Coupling to get various aromatic compounds, which were
oxidized to the correspounding 4–aryl masked o-benzoquinone, Corey-Chaykovsky reagent (CCR) 1 eq. was used for cyclopropanation reaction of MOBs to construct bicyclo[4.1.0]heptenone systems. Which were then converted to 4-aryl tropolones via hydrolysis of the ketal group, ring expansion by boron trifluoride-ether, and
hydrolysis the difluoro borates.
